However, they forgot to replace the toilet paper, and we didn't have any for two out of the four days we stayed! 🤣 I booked a room that included breakfast, and the breakfast food was pretty much the same every time, with no major changes. The chili peppers were delicious though! 😋"

"This is my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit Batam Location is excellent with less than 5 mins walk along the covered walkway from Harbour Bay ferry to hotel without being subjected to hot sun or rain. Within 10 mins walk are a stretch of restaurants from seafood to fusion and bistro concepts Staffs from security, reception and service crew from Cirtuz Restaurant which serves amazing buffet breakfast to even the housekeeping crew are polite, helpful and friendly Only wish that there is at least a half panel at the shower area to prevent water from splashing out of the shower area"

"We had a very pleasant experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. Toiletries were thoughtfully prepared and of good quality. Breakfast had a decent spread with enough variety to start the day well. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Resort is extremely nice for sea sighting .But location to nagoya and other hotspot is 30-40 minutes drive. If you are looking to relax, this is a nice place to stay. There is a amazon seafod at the batam nongsapura port. Which you can also board to go back to singapore."

"I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top."
