FFriedbThe hotel is awesome. The front desk staff Salsa is very warmth and friendly, she is definitely an asset to the company, can see that she loves her job very well as her interaction with me makes me feel that. The 2 bedroom suites is excellent, very clean and comfy, the view is nice, the breakfast is fantastic. The location is good, just next to the mall, and just walking distance to the local snack market where I always buy lots of snacks. Overall, I’ll be back again to stay here if I visit Batam again

BBunnnnnyLocation is a big plus. Super close to Nagoya Hill mall, which give wide range of food and massage choices. However for a hotel opened 1 year ago, I would expect better maintenance. Bed sheet had a stain that can neglect. No hairdryer. Shower area is too small. Staff are super friendly though. Guard are nice.

RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

RRobert Adrian TanWe haven't stayed here for quite a while as we constantly stay at the BCC. As Aston Gideon Penuin maintains a high standard across the border for cleanliness and service. Breakfast is a wide variety of prepared foods and also Ala minute food stalls. Menu does change each day with different dishes. Breakfast is not chaotic and we'll maintained with big crowds as dishes are topped up constantly. Hot water for the shower is food with shampoo and shower gel.

GGuest UserOverall a great experience, saw some bad reviews prior to our holiday but I have very little to complain about. Room was clean and the daily water delivery as well as turn down kept things tidy, towels were also swapped out with clean ones on a daily basis (this is a great service, please keep it going). Service was pretty much perfect whether it was getting a buggy (really nice, we didnt have to walk anywhere within the resort) or making reservations for restaurant bookings. Shuttle provided from Nongsapura ferry terminal both ways as well, just needed to check in with the resort in advance but they have a booth at the ferry terminal regardless. SG plugs available in multiple spots in the room so no power adapter needed.
Breakfast was pretty good too but you'd need to be there before 10am so no sleeping in
Cons we experienced were 2 things - in room dining was provided in takeaway containers with disposable utensils. I understand that the distance from the restaurants as well as the steep roads probably are why this is the case but I think it takes away from the rest of the otherwise enjoyable stay. Id much prefer food on proper plates and metal utensils, there is a deliver fee on the in room dining requests as well. Rooms would be better if they contained microwaves and basic cutlery too.

AAnonymous UserI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

AAnonymous UserPls be mindful Hotel require deposit 100k IDR. When check out, the hotel will check the room first before u get your deposit back. Need to wait around 10mins. Can say cheap rate hotel with 2 breakfast just around rm125 per night. I chose this hotel bcos i arrived Batam night time, so no need fancy hotel hehe. The hotel is not shoplot hotel, the whole building is the hotel. At night quite noisy, not sure why, maybe there’s event at the ballroom hotel. The toilet room is average (quite smelly maybe bcos old hotel), not suitable for fussy person. Same goes to the bed and bed sheet. But the room is so spacious and have kiblat sign (for muslim prayer). Breakfast spread also average, suitable if you not eat much. But still have egg station. Nasi goreng, meehon goreng, cereals, also have. Overall still ok if you stay 1 night.

DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness is acceptable. You can see monkeys and squirrels around the hotel, so for a beachfront resort, this level of cleanliness is probably the best they can do. The ocean views and scenery are stunning, and there are two very large pools that are great for swimming. It's a fantastic spot for photos. I'd say the ocean views here are among the best you'll find on Batam Island. The hotel's surroundings are very remote, so getting around pretty much requires a taxi.
