Overall a great stay with fantastic views and amazing service! The room size was perfectly fine, and the single bed was plenty spacious for one person. The highlight was definitely the view—you can see the ferry terminal right from the window—and the clever mirror design in the room was a wonderful touch that really elevated the space. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, proactively helping with my luggage and opening car doors every time. However The pillow quality was average—it was quite high and firm rather than soft and plush, and leaning against it for a while made my back feel sweaty. The biggest bug for me, though, was the elevator system; there are no clear indicator lights or sound chimes when the elevator arrives, so I ended up missing it quite a few times. Despite these quirks, the view and service made it a very enjoyable stay. I’d also prefer bottled drinking water over the large filtered water dispenser provided, as washing glasses each time was a bit of a hassle.

I love the location the most. Fuss-free hotel tbh. Only issue i have with this hotel is that there is no power socket by the bed. So i have to charge it next to the tv. Also the toilet had a backflow issue which is gross - this is fixed by the hotel after i mentioned it to them. Not my first stay here. If you’re not fussy, want cheap and convenient, then this hotel is it. Please get the breakfast along with your rooms as it’s more worth it that way and the food is REALLY GOOD.

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin. Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here. I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet. Impeccably clean. Outstanding service from Ixxora on front desk. All staff keen to please and professional. They actually seem genuinely happy to be there and to welcome you. As of June 2026, MAXONE Batam offers simply the cleanest and most well maintained rooms in the whole of Kepulauan Riau. No question. The only hotel able to compete with the obsessive cleanliness is their next door neighbour 4 star property adjacent! There are new 5 star hotels on the island where the level of maintenance does not meet the standards set by MAXONE Batam. Highly recommended for leisure travellers who DON'T require pool, gym or breakfast included in the price. What you will get is a sense of luxury and commitment to quality and service excellence. Not recommended for longer stays and business travellers due to poor WiFi stability and shortage of work space / work surfaces in the rooms, that are small and a tight squeeze by Indonesia standards.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

A perfect stay! I enjoyed this resort so much. Everything is very accessible, and the room was beautifully designed. The staff are all incredibly friendly—especially the security guards and buggy drivers who provided excellent service. Between the fantastic restaurants, the relaxing bar, and the stunning view, everything about this trip was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

From the time we booked the trip until we checked out everything was so smooth and beautiful. There's a shuttle service from Nongsa Ferry Terminal to the resort. Every single staff were friendly, kind, accommodating, helpful...In room dining service is available 24/7. We loved the beach bar. Decent breakfast spread, the ala carte menu at taming sari was so good. Rooms were very clean, spacious and theview from our balcony was so serene and beautiful! The only thing the management need to consider is installation of more fan or air cooler at Taming Sari as its too hot. Some of the fans were out of order. The weather is extremely hot. While we enjoyed the food,drinks and the amazing service by the team we had to finish our meal quickly and head back to the room as its extremely hot and stuffy in there.
