Convenient location, impressive staff service and clean room. It was our first time and we’re already planning to return. The icing on the cake was the free room upgrade from premium king to studio apartment. Thank you to Willy who assisted both our chk in and chk out smoothly with clear guidance.

This is my second stay here, and I love how it's quiet yet centrally located. The staff are polite and attentive, the room is clean and hygienic, and the restaurant food is also good. The hotel provides a shuttle service to nearby malls. Highly recommended.

Location: The hotel's location is superb! It's right across the street from Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, just a few minutes' walk away. There's a convenience store next door, or you can find another one across the street. There are also many local eateries and restaurants nearby. Taking a Grab to Grand Batam Mall or the ferry terminal only takes about 10-15 minutes. Service: The staff are genuinely wonderful – helpful and polite. Check-in and check-out were both very fast. Highly recommended! Room and Facilities: The room was clean and tidy. I loved the Muji-style decor. The space was quite spacious too. The air conditioning was sufficiently cold, and the bed was large and comfortable. There's a sky-view restaurant on the 9th floor.

Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin. Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here. I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet. Definitely book a lake-view room for a better view! The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is absolutely fantastic 👍 We ate there for two consecutive days and didn't get tired of it 👍 Especially the hotel lobby manager, Deriana, who is super friendly, provides excellent service, is very professional, and speaks amazing Chinese 👍

We enjoyed our 2nights stay at the resort, especially where the buggy can take us anywhere in the resort. But the amenities/furnitures in the resort could be improved as it looks like it has been utilised for some time. There were also marks on the sofa that makes it feel very dirty.  Service was great, staffs were friendly and helpful.  I booked for the private dining at the jetty, the set up was nice and quiet, very suitable for a beautiful night with my partner. Only issue we had was that the food took very long to come.  Ate at the Japanese restaurant as well, thought the menu could be better. We also did body scrub and foot relaxation therapy, it was great.  Overall, amenities in the resort and food can be improved. But still a great place to have vacation at, would come back again.  Thanks for having us.

Hotel Deceun stands out for its exceptionally convenient location and overall clean environment. The property is well-maintained for the most part, making it a comfortable base for a trip. We did encounter a couple of minor setbacks during our stay: there was a dirty bed sheet when we first arrived, and we noticed the walls would occasionally creak at night. However, those were the only real issues we experienced. Aside from those small details, everything else was pleasant, and it remains a good choice for anyone prioritizing a clean room in a central area.

A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

The resort was beautiful and peaceful, with great views and well-maintained facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay very relaxing. Overall, a lovely place for a quick getaway.
