Batam Hotels with Balcony

Apart from the facilities being a little old, everything else was quite good. I would like to make a small suggestion. My child has visited twice, but was reluctant to enter the indoor playground on both occasions because it felt a little scary. The environment in the playground is somewhat dark. Perhaps the playground could be redesigned to be cleaner, brighter, more cheerful and welcoming. I believe this would make children feel more comfortable and encourage them to enjoy the play area more.

Stayed at Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment during my family trip to Batam, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. This place is suitable for travelers who prefer a quieter and more relaxing environment instead of staying right in the busy city center. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff service. The team was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience. The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.

This hotel was my absolute favorite! It was super cheap and offered great value for money, plus it included breakfast, which was delicious. The surroundings were beautiful, and while the room's bathtub was a bit dated and sticky, it was still kept very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It's perfect for both kids and adults visiting Batam, making for a perfect trip.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the accessibility to Grand ESKA spa. The breakfast buffet was simple yet enjoyable and delicious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Appreciated the front desk team for remembering us by face and asking how our day was daily. The hotel was refurbished. Even though old, the bed was good, firm and new and room was kept clean. The lift was rather dingy but it still got us up and down safely. Lastly, i personally enjoyed the quiet corners of the hotel. Loved the fact that our level was “child free” hence there werent kids shouting in rooms. I love children, but the hotel’s particular policy of no child in the room type we booked was pleasantly surprising. Will returned. Note: spa experience was on point too.

So much fun, I'll definitely come back! The room was very spacious with a comfortable sea view. Breakfast was excellent, and there was a BBQ by the pool on the weekend. I read all the reviews on Ctrip, but none mentioned the prices here. Turns out the BBQ was only about 130 RMB, which is an amazing deal! The water activities are even cheaper: kayaking for about 70 RMB and paddleboarding for 220 RMB for 15 minutes!

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.

Spacious,clean,easy access to many food varieties,convenient stores. Love the balcony where i can just relax either enjoying my coffee or just smoking while enjoying the seaviews. Will definitely be back again. Price was very reasonable. Parking lots are very limited and that’s the only ‘bad’ thing i found.
