"I had a good experience at these hotel . Managed to lock price around RM380 one night for 2 people . Receptionist very nice . Prepare good breakfast . Near to indomaret and alpha mart. But driver ask to be careful to eat around for Muslim. But it okag since we dont buy anything from hawker or Restaurant around."

CCheeWH79Had a wonderful weekend stay at Radisson during my birthday. It's actually a golf resort. Location near to the newly opened K-Square mall. Within Sukajadi area with popular eateries like Anchor cafe, Madley cafe and Pagi Sore Indonesian restaurant. My room was clean and spacious with open concept bathroom and come with balcony facing the golf coourse. Hotel arranged some birthday decor as my partner informed them in advance, which is nice. Facilities includes a large swimming pool with a view of the golf course, gym, spa and restaurant. However, the second swimming pool and some amenities at the 10th floor wasn't in operations. Breakfast was awesome with lots of food variety. The manual juicer machine to make orange juice was something to remember. The hotel interior decorations have Bali design inspiration. Overall a highly recommneded hotel to stay when in Batam.

CCCF120Though a bit far from the center, you can grab or gojek anywhere easily. The suite, bed, kitchen, etc are in good condition. The breakfast spread at Wyndham hotel was good and I really like that you can squeeze your own preferred fruit juice. Eska wellness and spa is co- located , very convenient. Lastly, one of the best views of the morning sun in Batam and the joy of seeing the endless motorbike on the busy highway.
However, something could be done with the bathroom's musky smell. Small issue but could be better.

WWendy TehThis hotel was my absolute favorite! It was super cheap and offered great value for money, plus it included breakfast, which was delicious. The surroundings were beautiful, and while the room's bathtub was a bit dated and sticky, it was still kept very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It's perfect for both kids and adults visiting Batam, making for a perfect trip.

The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect sanctuary for a romantic getaway. Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Booked it for our anniversary, and was given a sweet suprise. And we loved and appreciate it!
Room is cleaned!
Only downside was, our room was supposed to be smoke-free room, but when we first entered, the cigarette smell was too strong! But the smell slowly clears after we sprayed our own perfume to kill the cigarette smell.
But overall, we enjoyed our trip, and would recommend it, and will definitely come back again!

Unfortunately, the villa itself was quite run down and appeared to lack proper upkeep and maintenance, which was disappointing given my expectations. There is insufficient power plug for phone / tablet charging. The breakfast spread was decent, with a reasonable variety of options to start the day.
Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the villa fell short of expectations. Would I return? No.

AAnonymous UserI enjoyed the accessibility to Grand ESKA spa. The breakfast buffet was simple yet enjoyable and delicious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Appreciated the front desk team for remembering us by face and asking how our day was daily. The hotel was refurbished. Even though old, the bed was good, firm and new and room was kept clean. The lift was rather dingy but it still got us up and down safely. Lastly, i personally enjoyed the quiet corners of the hotel. Loved the fact that our level was “child free” hence there werent kids shouting in rooms. I love children, but the hotel’s particular policy of no child in the room type we booked was pleasantly surprising. Will returned. Note: spa experience was on point too.

MMHM & D 2 J’sThis is our 2nd trip within 6 months as my daughter requested for a return and also for her craving with the pasta at the Italian restaurant.
So we stayed there for 2 nights which is enough for a short getaway.
When we reached our room, after unpacking some of our stuff from the luggage, we decided to take short break before heading to the pool and upon resting on the bed, my daughter noticed that the duvet cover was stained with blood.
It was very obvious and was surprised that the staff did not noticed it.
I informed the front office staff who came to our room due to some issue with the safe and he got it changed while we were out for our swim.
I will recommend that the hotel manager look into this due to hygiene issues and such bedding materials that are stained with blood to be disposed.
As for the bathroom , stains on the wall and floor are very obvious and it’s about time for the staff to have a chemical wash , no doubt this resort is very old, cleanliness shouldn’t be ignored to maintain it’s reputation and loosing the customers confidence in returning again.
Lastly, a big thank you to the waitress at the Italian restaurant who gotten the chef to fire up the pasta I had last year in December that was no longer in the menu , this gesture made our trip a memorable one and fulfilled one of our reasons to visit Turi beach resort .

AAnonymous UserWe stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Having a balcony facing the garden was a lovely bonus.
The surroundings were relaxing and peaceful, with a warm atmosphere and direct access to a clean, private beach.
The staff were welcoming, helpful and always ready with a friendly smile. Our kids had a great time enjoying the big pool, cycling, ping pong, gym and the dedicated kids’ room for children under 12. The breakfast buffet offered good variety and was satisfying each morning.
A special thanks to Sofi, who came to us on both days and encouraged us to try the local kueh, the ongol-ongol and pandan cake, which added a delightful touch to our stay.
