"For this price, a room with direct pool access and a private sun terrace – this is a really good hotel. **Location**: 2.5 km from the sea, but there's a shuttle every 30 minutes. I didn't go to the beach as it was still too cold for me to swim. My goal was just to sunbathe). I really liked the idea of separate zones for families and adults. I saw them denying entry to guests with children in the adult section, which is great. It's quiet there, no music, just perfect. Near the hotel, there are pharmacies, a Migros supermarket, and Land of Legends is a 15-minute walk away. A taxi is 10 euros one way, but walking is better. **Room**: The room is simple but modern. However, the toilet smelled of cat urine, and the smell wasn't removed. I wasn't moved to another room. A bathrobe is by request; the first one they brought was ripped and too small. I asked for a replacement and got an acceptable one. No body lotion. Plenty of outlets, and the bedding and bed are fine. Overall, the cleaning is good. **Food**: Good. Always a good selection. Once there was smoked red fish for breakfast and once crayfish for dinner. But it seems there are few beef dishes. The snacks are a bit strange and pointless. **Drinks**: The cocktails in the lobby are awful; they're more or less okay at the adult-only bar. **Service**: The staff are responsive to requests and complaints. The restaurant also has good service; you don't have to go to the bar yourself, the waiters are excellent. **Downside**: On the -1 floor, in the adult zone, there's a disco from 11:30 PM. The music is so loud you can hear the song lyrics in your room. Those sensitive to noise definitely won't be able to sleep. Extending the room for 7 hours due to a late flight cost 140 euros – which is not reasonable."

"Третий раз в отеле. Многое нравится. Большие номера, на пляже и у бассейнов нет проблем с местами в какое бы время не пришли.  В ресторане так де всегда есть столы и в помещении и на улице. Зеленая красивая территория. Правильное зонирование- нигде нет толп.  Прекрасное кафе-кондитерская. Из минусов: плохая уборка и стало плохо с питанием. Не сравнить с предыдущими годами. И ассортимент существенно сокращен и стали многое готовить невкусно. То недопекут, то пережарят или пересушат.   Голодным точно не будешь, но как-то не душевно."

"Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!"

"We went to the hotel 2 days before Ramadan. While the service was good at the entrance, we had difficulty finding someone to talk to in the restaurant. Some sections were not open yet due to the season. The number of employees increased during the holiday, but this time it was also very crowded. The landscaping of the hotel is wonderful, but the rooms are old and the cleanliness was not very good. It's great that they accept pets."

"Booked a hotel for 4 days while in Istanbul. Upon arrival at 6 pm, with a huge smile, I was given a room on the 1st floor with a wildly humming oversized air conditioner at the level of the balcony. The reception is trying to explain that the hotel is completely full, it's a real overbooking. I'm angry. I had to spend the night in a room at least without noise, writing to Trip.com. The next day I received a more or less acceptable room, albeit without a view, thanks to the support. Hotel food 4+. You won't leave hungry, but the choice is not like the cool five. The waiters are polite, some of the countries of the former CIS, mostly friendly. They also make guzleme in the morning, in the evening they roast meat on the street, well, nothing like that. The pools are ok, the sunbeds by the pool and on the beach are also good. I won’t say about children’s animation, there is volleyball, animation by the pool is rather weak, but few people need it and it’s not so important. There is ice cream, but it is very unobtrusive, it is difficult to find it, not in sight, and the ice cream man 15 minutes before the “lights out” can lie that it is over. The gym is average, but you can keep fit who knows the features of multifunctional simulators. Outside the gate, there is nowhere to go but the bazaar. Bazaar .. the taste and color .., everything is as usual - consumer goods of Turkish production. Go 1 time for 20 min. As a result, a hotel with insufficient efficiency of the air conditioning system and a very simple design of the rooms. Very tired. If it's cheap, you can play the lottery.
