Steveston Waterfront Hotel

It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and tried their best to arrange an early check-in for me even though it was only about 30 -40 minutes earlier than the official check-in time. Ryan and the manager were both very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also super friendly. I accidentally went to the wrong building and they kindly helped me out. The hotel was clean and tidy as usual. However, there are two things I need to complain about. First, the TVs in the room were still logged into the previous guests Netflix accounts. I couldn’t find a way to log them out so I ended up using their accounts to watch a movie which was a bit weird and concerning. Second, the room door didn’t close properly. I didn’t realize it until I returned to the room a few hours later. I then figured out that you have to pull the door very hard to get it to fully close otherwise people can get into your room without access code.

Really enjoy the suite set up, cozy and clean. Cleaning service every 6-day could be a bit long. Our waterfront suite is so easy to access and to take a walk outside, very nice. The water pipes are a bit noisy at night while sleeping but acceptable, we drop back to sleep quickly.
