A wonderful place to stay on vacation for a while! The sea is very close. There are many cafes and restaurants around. Neighbors don't make any noise. Inside there are all the amenities: such as a refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine. The staff is very friendly and ready to solve any problem in the shortest possible time ☺️

The location is good. Just go downstairs and cross the road to the Coconut Dream Corridor. You can see the sea from the balcony. The house is a bit old, but the hygiene is ok!

The boss is very nice and welcoming. It's really amazing to be able to stay in a sea view room at this price. The room we stayed in also has a washing machine. Sanya has been quite hot these two days, so we can wash clothes at night, which is really convenient. I still live here when I come back, and it feels like home.

Due to a flight delay, I arrived at the apar**ent at 2 a.m. on February 4th. The receptionist was a Northeastern lady who was warm and thoughtful. Although she was given specific video instructions on how to get to the apar**ent from the nearest community, I still couldn’t figure out the directions because I was unfamiliar with it and it was night. In the evening, the Northeast sister came out to receive and check-in in person. The room was very good and clean. We could cook and have all the kitchen utensils. We had three bedrooms and one living room for 7 elderly people and 7 children. We were very satisfied with the stay and it was very comfortable. The view on the 25th floor was good and there was no obstruction to watch the sunset. If you don't have to go out at sunrise, you can walk to the beach for 1 minute across from the sea. There are bus stops nearby to go to Yalong Bay and Nanshan. It is also very convenient to go to the supermarket and the third market. Overall, I am very satisfied with the accommodation and hope that other friends who want to come will choose this place.

The room has a sea view and you can eat downstairs. The coconut chicken downstairs is delicious and the Coconut Dream Promenade is just outside the door.

A pure sea view hotel, with the sun facing the beach. As soon as you go out, you can see the Sanya Bay Coconut Dream Corridor. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The sea view is superb, the environment is good, and the service is superb. I will book this hotel next time I come to Hainan!

07/29/23 we were met by a pleasant hostess, we communicated through an interpreter, the room was clean, amazing view, hot water, clean bed sheets, towels, for me it was a big plus - a washing machine, in the tropics it is very necessary. 3 minutes to the sea, while we walk to the sea there are cafes and boutiques with everything you need. There is a good supermarket 500 meters away, prices are normal. The bus takes you to all the sights, we traveled by bus, the main thing is to pay attention to the route and price, there is information on the stands at each stop (we used a translator). We were interested in the tram very close to the hotel, we used it - we all just buy a ticket at the terminal at the stop and ride along in a pleasant chug-chug... in conclusion: our condo in 14 days did not let us down, we had a Gazprom Unipay card made in Russia (did not let us down ) in general, we had cash, which we bought long before the exchange rate for today. In Hainan, prices are the same - ruble to yuan exchange rate 😞 = expensive! I wish you all the desired holiday... 08/15/23
