Premier Inn London Richmond

Arrived at 14:15 to be told no room available, people who arrived after me were offered rooms if they paid £10.00 (check in 15:00). No lift available to the room, not offered a room on a lower floor. To get to the room you have to walk up a dingy fire escape that hadn’t seen a cleaner in weeks. Building works are in progress an email came 48 hours prior to arrival letting me know, leaving no time to look at alternative hotels. Breakfast was not great, buffet style, breakfast opened at 06:30 I arrived at 07:15 the first in so the food had already been out 45mins. If you take the kids they could use the fried eggs as frisbees (tip..order poached eggs as they are cooked to order). Not sure how long the food sits there, but when I finished it was still out and no one else had been in. Worst experience in a Premier Inn.

We arrived late on Friday and went straight to dinner. The menu had plenty of options and was reasonably priced. Our server was incredibly friendly and tended to us like we were the only people there, despite the restaurant being quite busy. Adept at making recommendations and expedient in answering any queries we had. We really could not have asked for more

Dreadful noise from building work and traffic noise on dual carriageway outside. Friendly staff and decent breakfast

We always stay in in Premier hotels when holidaying in London or large cities in the UK: very friendly and helpfull staff, excellent cooked breakfast, good beds. Also good location to visit museums and places of interest

Classic Premier Inn. Clean, tidy, good beds, basic but pleasant. Good location for the station and close to the amenities in the area.

Stayed her Fri/Sat night Got back to the hotel at 8.45 expecting to be able to eat in the restaurant, to be told there’s no staff, and the restaurant was closed!

I chose this hotel as we were celebrating a birthday and having a day at Kew Gardens. We have stayed here before so knew that it was good.
