Parking is convenient, and the location is excellent, close to all the seaside attractions. The lobby is grand, and the room was clean and spacious with an absolutely stunning ocean view from the balcony; it was so relaxing to feel the sea breeze and enjoy the scenery. The pool and gym facilities are well-equipped, and breakfast was plentiful. The staff were attentive and polite, making for a very comfortable vacation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rizhao; it's definitely worth staying at!"

"This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others"

Breakfast is served in a shared restaurant with the Hilton Garden Inn, and the selection was very rich, though it did get crowded. The gym is also shared and was pretty empty. The room was decent, though the facilities weren't new. They offered two pillow choices, which was standard."

"We had a two-night, three-day trip. It's about a three-hour drive from Shanghai, making it a relatively relaxed family getaway. If you're just looking to entertain the kids, staying at the hotel is perfectly fine. There are plenty of activities, a water park, and you can even dig in the sand and play in the waves just by crossing a skybridge – no need to go to the滨海森林公园 (Binhai Forest Park). They offer a butler-style service, and kids receive gifts at both check-in and check-out. Of course, they also ask you to write a detailed positive review mentioning specific names. The breakfast was pretty average; while it seemed like there were many options like pancakes, rice balls, waffles, and even roasted sweet potatoes, the taste was quite ordinary. Despite that, I would still recommend it to friends."

"The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety, but the milk didn't seem fresh and was quite unpalatable. They also have a dinner buffet which offers good value for money. The hotel's pool water temperature was perfect. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, but the way there wasn't very easy to find."

"I went to Arashiyama beach with friends and found a newly opened hotel. It's considered pretty good accommodation in Arashiyama; it's only about a 10-minute taxi ride from the beach. It's quite large, located near a tea plantation, and has its own coffee shop and book bar, which I liked. There's also a pool table, karaoke, and a gym – very well-equipped, perfect for groups. The only downside is that getting to the rooms is uphill, which was a bit of a leg workout, haha. The staff were very helpful. I recommend it in Arashiyama!"

"The room was just okay, but the location was absolutely perfect! Right by the beach, and while the sea here isn't ideal for swimming, it was more than enough for kids to enjoy digging in the sand and searching for sea creatures. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and helpful. Even though we had to move our car a few times for guests in the ground-floor view rooms, you could still tell how dedicated and responsible they were. It's a great hotel, highly recommended!"

"This is by far the best hotel in Rizhao for a beachfront aesthetic experience! You can step right out onto the beach for tide pooling or catching the sunrise, and it's quiet and uncrowded. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the courtyard room offers great privacy, and it's well-equipped for families, even providing free sand-digging and tide-pooling tools. The service is thoughtful and attentive. It's incredibly cost-effective for a family vacation. Highly recommended!"

"One-star warning! Avoid this place! My overall experience at Rizhao Yanda Resort Hotel was terrible, and I absolutely do not recommend it for families with children. The service was completely inadequate; staff were constantly unresponsive and dismissive when asked questions, showing almost zero professionalism. The hotel's internal management was chaotic, and public areas were disorganized. Housekeeping was perfunctory, with dust and stains visible everywhere in the rooms and play areas. This is the first hotel I've stayed in where they use pull-out toilet paper – how much money could that possibly save? Despite being advertised as a family-friendly resort, the entertainment areas were tiny, and there were very few activities for children. There was basically nowhere for kids to have fun, making it extremely poor value for money. I will not be returning and advise everyone else to avoid this pitfall."

"Staying here with kids was fantastic! The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel environment was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Ju, was incredibly patient. They even upgraded us to a larger room for free since we had two adults and two children, which made our stay even more comfortable. It's super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat, and parking is easy too. It was a relaxing and worry-free stay – definitely our top choice for family trips!"

"Facilities: The facilities are very new, and the hotel design is modern and lightly luxurious. There's also a Rizhao photo-op wall, similar to the Xi'an one, perfect for taking pictures. Hygiene: Entering the room, the space is large. Staying during the off-season was very comfortable. Environment: It's in the city's CBD with 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can even see the sea – truly amazing. Service: Very attentive. They reminded us about breakfast time. By the way, the breakfast selection is very rich, and most importantly, the taste is excellent! I especially want to praise the fried rice; it was so delicious I had two bowls, haha! I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Transportation: It's convenient to go anywhere. Wanda Plaza is right next door, making it easy to eat out or go to the beach."
