There is no peculiar smell in the whole room, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the lighting is OK~ Environment: The traffic is relatively convenient on Wulian Road near Wanda Plaza in the city. There is a newly opened all-in-one coffee shop next to the hotel, where you can order coffee (the store is currently being improved) Service: Very nice, smiling service at the front desk 💁🏻♀️, and a small shell gift was given after check-out... Breakfast and price match. The slight flaw may be the breakfast. There doesn't seem to be many varieties, but the taste is okay~ I will come here again next time I come to Rizhao! 😍

There were seafood garbage and cigarette butts everywhere on the floor, and in the trash cans next to each table. Rubbish. I was completely disgusted when I came to have breakfast early in the morning. When I had dinner in this restaurant at night, the service was chaotic. It seemed that many people were waiting for service, but the waiter still had free time to sit around and play with his mobile phone and call for a night. I asked for rice three times but no one delivered it. I asked for additional vegetables several times but was simply ignored. By the end of the meal, I didn’t even bother to ask if they had been added. Finally, when it comes to the room, it is quite satisfactory. The facilities are relatively new but of average quality. The most disappointing thing is the TV. It doesn’t work at all. Every time I turn it on, I have to ask the hotel staff to initialize and activate it. I can’t turn it off with the remote control when I sleep at night. I spent a long time looking for it. I simply opened the TV (because it was embedded in the wall) and forcibly turned off the power to the hardware. The unused toiletries from the previous guest in the room were left in the shower stall. The most ordinary room costs more than 900 per night, and it is completely on the beach at the door. The above comments respect objective facts and have no personal emotions. There are good and bad. Just focus on what you care about. After all, it is difficult to have a perfect stay experience in a place like this.

The guy and girl in the restaurant serve very well and will always meet my needs. The girl and guy at the front desk are warm, polite and patient. The boss, Xiaoying, handles problems in a timely manner and can see me every day. Seeing her busy back, either working or inquiring about the customers' needs, I wish sister Xiaoying a prosperous business and great wealth. I hope the aunties in the housekeeping department will know how to be flexible. In the morning, I asked the aunties on the first floor for a bottle of mineral water, but they refused to give it. One moment they said the boss wouldn’t let it, and the other moment they said there was no blind spot monitoring. The next moment they said they had to ask the front desk before they could give it to them. Now It makes the guests feel impersonal and very rigid. I watched other guests take mineral water. I still told the aunt about the situation before I took the water. She didn't agree. Should I not take the aunt seriously and not say hello in the future? Just get water?

Located in the small town of Dongyi, the breakfast is next to the Hampton by Hilton. It is very rich. The recommended Zhiwei restaurant tastes better than the small town of Dongyi. I live in No. 3 courtyard, the room is very comfortable, the hotel is full of small gardens, punching points, the environment is super healing~ the surrounding shops are convenient, very close to the beach, and the front desk Xiao Peng is particularly enthusiastic, not only the service is thoughtful, this trip is easy and happy, come next time!

There are several attractions nearby. If you come to Rizhao next time, Rizhao Hotel should become my first choice. It may be because of work reasons. If you choose a hotel, you still prefer this kind of government-style or state-owned enterprise-style traditional hotel to be quiet, safe and service. When traveling with children, you can rent an electric car directly downstairs. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a family room for free. However, the curtains in the room have poor light-blocking properties, allowing light to pass through both sides and the middle. There is no main light in the room, so the room will feel very dim at night. The room is on a high floor, so the view is okay and you can see the sea.
