EEricliiiiFacilities: The room is a small, independent tent, one room with a bathroom, and a cabinet-style air conditioner. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is fully equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer.
Cleanliness: The room is very clean, although the carpet next to the bed is notoriously difficult to clean and was inevitably a little dirty, but the rest of the room was almost spotless. There was no unpleasant smell in the room.
Environment: It was too hot in the summer, so we had to run the air conditioner all day. The room's ventilation wasn't very good, and it was a bit chilly at night with the air conditioner on, and a bit hot with the windows open. Fortunately, the blankets were thick. The only downside is that there are no convenience stores nearby; you need to drive 15 minutes to the town's shopping mall to buy things. We brought our dog there. There are only large tea plantations nearby, not any particularly wide lawns or anything like that. Overall, a day's walk is enough to see everything. There are a lot of mosquitoes at night. As for dining options, besides the guesthouse's own restaurant, there aren't many other choices nearby. I also went to a restaurant called ”Songlin Mountain Village Restaurant,” which had large portions, good value, and a wide variety of dishes, but the road was difficult to navigate.
Service: The guesthouse staff were very attentive, turning on the room's air conditioning before we even arrived. The guesthouse's own coffee shop and restaurant were also fully equipped, offering green tea-themed drinks and dishes. I'm not particularly interested in tea, so I won't comment on that.
Overall, it was a very good experience, extremely pet-friendly, suitable for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, and also perfect for bringing furry friends to enjoy some fresh air.

XXiaozhangtaizijadeThe hotel is easy to find, with convenient parking. The front desk service is very considerate. The room design is elegant and exquisite, with a homely feel, very comfortable and warm. The toiletries are of high quality, and welcome fruit yogurt is also given. The bedding is particularly comfortable, the mattress is of good quality, and the sleep is very good. The breakfast is extremely rich, and the service sister is meticulous. The selection, quality and taste of all the dishes are relatively good. There is also freshly ground coffee, which is very good. I recommend everyone to stay. When checking out, a small gift was also given, which has cultural connotations and is warm and in place. It reflects the concept of making guests feel at home and focusing on customer experience everywhere. It must be praised!

GGuest UserThis room is very tolerant, because there are bathtubs and tents, it is very suitable for the whole family to travel with children. The child arrived in Rizhao for two days and thought about returning to the hotel bubble bath and sleeping tent. Anyway, from the two-day check-in time, it is especially good value. I don’t know if the kids are still interested in this.
It is the second time I have stayed. This time I have set breakfast from the front desk. It is delicious and hygienic. There are prawns, egg porridge and pickles. The beef noodles are especially delicious.
All matters of the service are communicated in the group, and everything will be discussed with us in advance, and the service is very good.
Health does not give full marks because there will be no full marks of hotels.
The only thing less than two points, the first was the sun's lamp in the house, I met seven or eight times, the next day, push the bed over the window, from the other side down! The second is actually a water heater, which belongs to the study of how to use it. If it can be replaced with an electric water heater, it is estimated that the electric water heater with a bathtub should be very cost-effective.
The sea in Rizhao is very clean, with a high tolerance for foreign tourists, and the people are also very good. I recommend everyone to play!

LlurxuryExcellent Location, Disappointing Hardware and Service
As an established family-friendly hotel brand, Kaiyuan Senbo has always given the impression of being 'reliable'. However, my actual experience during this trip to Rizhao was significantly subpar, lowering my overall impression of the brand.
I. Pros: Superb Location, Complete Facilities
* **Excellent geographical location**: Right next to the sea, making it very convenient to get to the Forest Park, the beach, and Dongyi Town.
* **Comprehensive family-friendly facilities**: The water park, indoor kids' play area, and other amenities are well-equipped, largely meeting the needs of families with children.
II. Cons: Basic Hardware, Subpar Service
1. **Room Facilities and Soundproofing Issues**
* **Basic interior setup**: The in-room facilities felt like a budget hotel standard. Although the space was generous, and it had a balcony with a decent view, the overall quality seriously mismatched the brand's positioning.
* **Terrible soundproofing**: Various noisy sounds from outside the door in the morning were incessant, severely affecting the quality of rest.
2. **Poor Dining Quality**
* **Mediocre taste**: The restaurant food was noticeably inferior compared to other Kaiyuan Senbo branches. This wasn't due to differences in northern/southern palates (I've tried many other restaurants in Rizhao, and all were delicious).
* **Slow replenishment**: Food items were slow to be refilled, leading to a poor dining experience.
3. **Confusing Ticket Policy, Inadequately Trained Butlers**
* **Inconsistent information**: We booked a three-night stay, which included two tickets per day. The butler initially told us they could only be used for one day, so we planned to use them on the last day. However, upon checking in at the venue, we were then told it was 'two tickets per day'.
* **Disrupted itinerary**: Due to the incorrect information, we couldn't properly plan our time at the park and ended up barely using the facilities.
4. **Perfunctory Compensation, Lacking Sincerity**
* **Post-incident compensation offer**: Initially, they promised a visit from a manager. After we informed them we would return at 10 AM, this was changed to a gift of 60 'Top Player' coins and two dolls (items often given out at other Senbo branches anyway).
* **Actual losses**: The tickets were worth at least 100 RMB per person, two tickets per day for three days. We essentially didn't use them for multiple days, roughly estimating hundreds of RMB in losses. The compensation offered was completely disproportionate and felt like a brush-off.
* What we needed wasn't material compensation, but an acknowledgment of their mistakes and a reasonable solution. The hotel's handling of the situation was disheartening.
III. Summary: Low Value for Money, Not Recommended
While the location of this Rizhao Kaiyuan Senbo trip was good, there were significant shortcomings in its hardware, dining, service, and management. As a family-friendly hotel, the most crucial sense of 'reassurance' was missing. I believe this trip offered extremely poor value for money, and I will not choose it again. I also advise against families who value accommodation quality and service from staying here.

The variety was amazing, with hot dishes, cold dishes, noodles, porridge, and fruit—everything was there, and the taste was consistently excellent. The freshly made noodles were piping hot and incredibly fragrant, and the soy milk and milk were rich and creamy. The ingredients were fresh and clean, making for a satisfying and worry-free meal. The staff replenished the food promptly, and the environment was clean and tidy—a truly top-notch breakfast experience.

MM520118****I recently visited Rizhao and stayed at Huazhu Youyougu, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! I just had to share it with everyone!
- **Environment:** Surrounded by mountains, the air here is incredibly fresh, full of negative oxygen ions. The moment you step in, it feels like entering a secluded paradise, far from the city's hustle and bustle. My mind and body instantly relaxed. Lying in the room at night, listening to the sounds of insects and gazing at the starry sky, was both romantic and incredibly peaceful.
- **Service:** The staff were warm and attentive, providing thoughtful care from check-in to check-out. The check-in process was not only quick and efficient but also included detailed recommendations for local attractions. Any request was promptly addressed, making it feel just like home.
- **Room:** The room was clean, tidy, and cozily furnished with high-quality amenities. Drawing back the curtains revealed a stunning view of a large tea plantation, which was both pleasant to the eye and soothing to the soul. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept exceptionally well.
- **Location:** It's close to the city center, making transportation convenient, and there are many attractions nearby.
I wholeheartedly recommend Huazhu Youyougu. Whether you're on a family trip, a romantic getaway, or traveling solo, you'll have a wonderful experience here. Next time I come to Rizhao, I'll definitely choose this place again!
