This hotel is super convenient for a vacation in Rizhao, perfect for enjoying the sea and taking walks. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would choose it again next time I visit."

"My stay at Kapok Hyatt Centric during my trip to Rizhao far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's new Chinese-style design is elegant and timeless, and the lobby's book bar is quiet and refined, creating a perfectly relaxing atmosphere. The location is a huge plus, right next to the MixC shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also not far from Wanpingkou Beach, making getting around very convenient. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, with smart controls throughout, allowing for one-touch operation of curtains and lighting. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water. The staff were polite and attentive, and check-in/check-out was efficient. This hotel is highly recommended for both leisure travel and short getaways. I'd definitely come back."

"This was my first trip to Rizhao, and after browsing several hotels on Trip.com, including Sheraton and New Century Grand, I ultimately chose the Wyndham Rizhao. The hotel lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, feeling luxurious and comfortable. The guest rooms are spacious, comfortable, and bright, with exquisite and cozy decor. From the window, you can enjoy endless sea views. The hotel's breakfast buffet also offers a good variety of dishes, and overall, I had a very good experience! Plus, there are shared bikes (electric-assist) right outside the hotel, which makes getting around to nearby attractions incredibly convenient!"

"This hotel, newly opened in Rizhao in 2025, has been well-promoted, attracting many tourists from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. Overall, it's pretty good, and you can tell they're working hard to make it a successful complex. Check-in efficiency could be improved. The hotel lobby, despite its size, was still packed with people, which didn't leave a great first impression. They could learn from places like Atlantis and offer check-in at different stations to reduce the feeling of walking into a marketplace right after arriving. Room pricing could also be more reasonable. For example, rooms with bunk beds come with tickets for four adults, but these rooms are typically used by 2 adults and 2 children. They should re-price to match the occupancy or offer various options. The hotel activities are quite rich; the iron flower show was beautiful, and the treasure hunts were fun. Breakfast could be better, as the selection felt limited during peak times. The hotel's dining prices are very reasonable, encouraging guests to eat on-site with discounts, which is a smart strategy to keep people from ordering takeout, and the food tastes great too. Overall, there's a lot to like, but there's room for improvement! **Facilities:** Everything is new, which is good. The bunk beds in the room are sturdy and a hit with the kids – simple, practical, and good-looking. Some facilities in the amusement park aren't open yet, but generally, I can't fault the facilities. **Hygiene:** For a large chain, cleanliness is a basic requirement, and they've met it. **Environment:** As a complex on the coastline, it's very convenient for beach access. The card-key activated foot-washing station is a thoughtful touch, helping to keep the hotel clean and fresh upon returning. **Service:** The service here is excellent. The butler contacted us in advance and was always available online, sometimes even sending gifts, which was a nice touch. Our butler, Dou Dou, provided great service, ensuring our room was ready promptly and allowing us a 1-hour late check-out."

"I chose this hotel for my vacation in Rizhao, and the overall experience was great. The hotel has its own garden and lake views, where you can even see black swans strolling around. It's just a few minutes' walk to Wanpingkou Beach, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including Haishazi noodles, local pancakes, and fresh lamb soup, all made with fresh ingredients. The seafood dishes we ordered at the Chinese restaurant were authentic and very generously portioned. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, and the staff were all very friendly. They even upgraded our room for free. When we checked out, the doorman helped us put our luggage into the taxi, which was a very thoughtful touch. Staying here makes it easy to visit the beach, making it perfect for a short seaside getaway."

"The hotel is quite new, having just opened a year ago. The room was very clean and quiet; our double room was on the 20th floor. The staff were all very warm, attentive, and responsive, especially Mike. Breakfast was abundant with a great variety of fruits. The only minor downside is that it's a bit far from the beach, making it more suitable for families with a car."

"The hotel is very close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk. You exit the restaurant, turn left, cross the road, and you're there. It was also the cleanest beach I'd seen in Rizhao during my stay. The hotel has a heated swimming pool with two slow lanes, perfect for kids at the very edge, and two fast lanes. Staff supervise the fast lanes to ensure no children play or linger there, making them ideal for serious swimmers. The staff are very responsible, and the pool even provides inflatable armbands for temporary use, which is a very thoughtful touch. Excellent hotel management! 👍"

"I am going to Qingdao, transiting in Rizhao, thinking that since I came, I would play in Rizhao for a day, and I found this new hotel not far from the high-speed rail station and the city. Because it is newly opened, the price is really high, the room is spacious and clean, and the most important thing is quiet and hygienic. The soundproofing of this hotel is good, the sound on the road outside is basically not heard, and I sleep very well at night. The smart equipment in the room is very easy to use, no need to find switches everywhere. I am hungry at night and don't want to go out. I can also use the robot to deliver it to the door of the room. I feel full of security. The next day I went to the front desk to check out, and asked about the place to eat seafood nearby. The guy at the front desk, Pumbaa, enthusiastically recommended the small restaurant where the locals went, avoiding the scenic pit, and eating very cool. After eating, go back to the station to take the luggage directly. The transfer arrangement for this day is clear and give the hotel a big praise!"
