It is recommended to equip an automatic identity card issuing machine to make check-in faster and more convenient; The hotel has the hardware of an old five-star hotel, but because of its age, it seems a bit outdated. The TV is still small, the facilities in the room are not smart, and the location of the bedside socket needs to be improved, otherwise it is very cumbersome to charge the mobile phone. Talking about the advantages of the room, the room is huge, and it also has a super large balcony with a 45° viewing angle. It is not a full sea view, but it is already good, and the sound insulation is very good; the bathroom has a shower room, a bathtub, dry and wet separation, a safe, and a refrigerator. This is a complete standard. It can be seen that the decoration materials are better than many new hotels. The bedding is also good and the sleep is quite comfortable. It is recommended that the housekeeping department open the refrigerator in summer and put more ice water in it for guests to take it by themselves, otherwise it is time-consuming and laborious to call the housekeeping department to deliver water all the time. Water doesn't cost much. The maintenance work is average, the details of the room cannot be investigated in depth, and the sanitation and cleaning cannot be carefully checked because the facilities and equipment are a bit old. A free laundry room should be set up. Now many express hotels are free. It is a bit inappropriate to charge here. Overall, it is quite satisfactory. It is close to the beach, star standard, and the price is not expensive. For families traveling with children, at least the hotel does not have much formaldehyde smell, which is in line with expectations. The breakfast is OK, with rich varieties, including pancakes, wontons and noodles, as well as Chinese and Western food. It is quite good. The restaurant is also quite large, and there is a swimming pool and gym in the basement. I am quite satisfied with this stay! Recommended!"

"We specifically brought our child to check out the Kaiyuan Senbo Resort in Rizhao, and the experience far exceeded our expectations! The location is superb; you can just cross the Ruyi Bridge to reach the beach and watch the sunset, enjoying both forest and sea views. The indoor 30°C constant-temperature water park means weather is never an issue. The 'big horn' and racing slides are exhilarating and stress-relieving, while the children's water play area is perfect for younger kids. The Fantasy Island underwater-themed park is huge, offering everything from go-karts and ball pits to climbing areas, plus a parents' lounge – truly a hands-free experience! The pet farm allows you to feed small animals, which the little ones absolutely loved. The room was clean and tidy, and the buffet restaurant had a wide selection of seafood and local specialties. Service was prompt, and facilities were well-maintained. It's a one-stop solution for water fun, entertaining kids, and enjoying the sea. This is definitely our top choice for a family vacation, and it's already on our list for a second visit!"

"This was my first trip to Rizhao, and after browsing several hotels on Trip.com, including Sheraton and New Century Grand, I ultimately chose the Wyndham Rizhao. The hotel lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, feeling luxurious and comfortable. The guest rooms are spacious, comfortable, and bright, with exquisite and cozy decor. From the window, you can enjoy endless sea views. The hotel's breakfast buffet also offers a good variety of dishes, and overall, I had a very good experience! Plus, there are shared bikes (electric-assist) right outside the hotel, which makes getting around to nearby attractions incredibly convenient!"

"I highly recommend this hotel! The front desk service was incredibly gentle and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Check-in was very efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was spotlessly clean; the floor and bathroom had not a single stain. The bed was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed night's rest. Hot water was readily available, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The amenities are comprehensive. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The overall environment is clean and elegant, and the price is very reasonable, offering fantastic value for money. It's perfect for both travelers and those needing a temporary stay. "The hotel is a wonderful place, with pets everywhere, including puppies and rabbits. The kids loved it. The pool is located in Building 9, and the front desk staff, Shi Mengxin, was incredibly friendly! It was a bit crowded when we arrived, but we checked in quickly. Upon arrival, they proactively explained the pool rules and precautions, and even reminded us how to use the lockers. Their service was always smiling, making us feel incredibly comfortable. Seeing we had children, they specifically pointed out the shallow and deep areas, as well as safety precautions. They were incredibly attentive. The pool was incredibly clean, with no pungent odors, and it was a truly wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back next time."

"Hands down, the worst Sheraton ever! The bedside lamp controls in the room were broken, so I had to trek all the way to the master switch by the door to turn off the lights. There was always only one person at the front desk, constantly busy with their computer, and when I asked for anything, the answer was always 'no,' without even bothering to look up. But the worst part was breakfast. Most hotels serve until 10 AM, but this one stops at 9:30 AM. Plus, there was hardly anything to eat—just sausages and bacon. No meat dishes or stir-fries, not even corn. So disappointed, I'll never stay here again!"
