The location was great. The check-in didn't go well. We arrived earlier than check-in time. Instead of making us wait until our room is ready, they gave us another room which has not been cleaned at all! They didn't believe us when we went back down, they told us like 3 minutes later, that the room is clean now -no way. Whenever we had a question and went down to the reception (because I feel more confident talking Chinese in person than on the phone) nobody at the reception took notice of me.
