It was my mom's birthday on the day we checked in, and I had ordered a cake. We happened to be out when it was delivered, and the front desk kindly held onto it for us. When we came back to pick it up, they had even put it in the cooler, which was so considerate and really made a good impression. The room was also very quiet; I felt like I slept better than I do at home. However, this hotel is so much better than i expected, especially traveling with family (I’m with my parents). Not just cozy and clean but the staffs are so kind and very helpful because I can’t speak Chinese. The lady who’s in the front desk even helping me to use the laundry and drying machine! The amenities in this hotel also very complete, the hotel not just gave us a welcome drink but also a plate of apples and preparing a tea set to drink in my room. This hotel is very unique too, they have a little garden that connects with the apartment beside the hotel so the guests can enjoy their times there chilling and chattering (the garden is located at the 4th floor) they also provide laundry machine, complete with drying machines, detergent, iron board, iron and even bag to bring back our clothes!! Overall this hotel is 5/5 ⭐️ I highly recommend for everyone even if you travel alone, couple, friends, family, and business trip! Also thank you for the lady (all staffs too) who helped me to check in and teaching me to use the washing as well as drying machine 😁!

The hotel has a heated swimming pool with two slow lanes, perfect for kids at the very edge, and two fast lanes. Staff supervise the fast lanes to ensure no children play or linger there, making them ideal for serious swimmers.
