Rizhao Hotels with Balcony

"The hotel is located in Taigong Island Oyster Park, about a 5-6 minute walk from the beach. It's a 10-minute taxi ride from Rizhao Station and about 30 minutes from Rizhao West Station. Check-in Experience: Upon arrival, there was a long wait. The front desk is split into check-in and check-out counters. When I got there, one person was checking in, and then a lot more people arrived. The front desk staff clearly couldn't coordinate to process things quickly, and the staff at the check-out counter wouldn't assist with check-ins. However, when I was checking out, the check-out staff were busy at the check-in counter, so I had to wait a bit to check out. Luckily, I went downstairs early; otherwise, if you were cutting it close, it could easily cause delays. Service: The service attitude was excellent. Room: The room was very spacious and even had a balcony where I could see the distant sea and the nearby river. Providing four bottles of water was a thoughtful touch. Downstairs, there's a laundry room and a 7-Eleven, which is super convenient for buying things. There are also many restaurants directly opposite, so finding a place to eat is easy. Note: A 200 RMB deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded to the original payment method after check-out, provided there are no issues. Summary: Overall, the location, facilities, and service are all quite good."

"The location is truly excellent, right downstairs from the sailing base and boat boarding area. I booked a sea-view room, and you can genuinely watch the sunrise from your bed 🌅 – absolutely fantastic, deserves high marks. The room and hotel facilities are generally a bit old, but the cleanliness is acceptable. They provided welcome fruit upon arrival and water and small bread rolls for the journey home upon check-out – very thoughtful."

"Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay, a truly positive review! It was incredibly comfortable! Here are some of the things I loved most: The hotel's overall environment was very elegant and relaxing. The room facilities were all new, the layout was practical and comfortable, and all kinds of daily necessities and appliances were provided. The biggest surprise was the hotel's gym and self-service laundry room – essential for getting around, so convenient! The hotel breakfast had a wide selection and tasted great. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all exceptionally friendly and kind. The location was fantastic, very close to attractions and train stations, making sightseeing and transportation super convenient. The lobby bar deserves special praise – the drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, excellent value for money! Here are a few minor suggestions for improvement: 1. The suite we stayed in had a limited number of electrical outlets in the living room, and few charging ports near the table and sofa, making it inconvenient to charge phones while using them. This is definitely needed. 2. The suite's guest bathroom lacked spare towels and hand soap, which was a bit inconvenient for occasional use. 3. Being a seaside city, providing an extra pair of plastic shower slippers in the bathroom would be much more practical for splashing water and washing up. 4. The room had a capsule coffee machine, but it served instant coffee, which was a bit of a disappointment. Using capsule coffee would have been much more thoughtful. 5. Unfortunately, the executive lounge and beer garden weren't open yet, which was a bit of a letdown. 6. The living room and bedroom were separated by a glass partition without a blackout curtain. If someone was sleeping inside, it was difficult to turn on the lights in the living room. Adding a blackout curtain would have greatly improved the experience!"

"This time in Rizhao, I stayed at the Blue Holiday Hotel, right next to the Wanpingkou Scenic Area. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I slept very peacefully at night. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, offering not only standard dishes but also local specialties like wraps and noodles. It’s very close to Wanpingkou Gate No. 5, just across the road. If you want to go to Dongyi Town, a taxi ride is just the minimum fare, so it’s not far at all. If I ever get the chance to visit Rizhao again to see the sea, I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
