I didn't like parking. I stayed 2 nights and the room didn't get cleaned, I was locked out of my room before my check out, other than that everything was good, food was good but cold.
Everyone was so nice specilay Mario in the reception area and Uriel in the office. I would definitely go back.

Second time here. This is my go to when in Sonora, or Puerto Penasco. Wonderful staff and great location.

Second time staying at Laguna Shores. Stayed in the two story studio. Main pool was closed due to remodeling. However, studio area had a small pool as well. Resort restaurant was very good. Try the Tostada de Atún.

It’s a bit far out of town and limited resources on property. But I will say the one restaurant they had was great.

Wish there were more eating options near but it was so beautiful and quite. Not a close walk up to beach but easy and quick to drive to.

The staff was amazing, our room was super clean. We did have some small issues that were addressed next day, very pleasant stay. Cannot stress enough how good the staff is. The quality of the food, also top notch for reasonable pricing. Overall, very pleased.

The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The food was excellent. However, only one restaurant on the property and MILES from anything else.
