"1. Convenient location, convenient transportation and good surrounding environment. It is close to the Hongshan Wanda business district, but about 100 meters away from the main road, so there is no traffic noise. It’s convenient for takeout and eating out. Living in a north-facing room, you can also see the river view, which is very nice.
2. The room is newly opened, the equipment is new and clean, and the Tmall Genie smart voice design is very convenient, which is suitable for me, a person who stays in bed. The mattress and pillow are good, and the latex pillow is comfortable. The floor heating is very powerful. I am afraid of heat, so I have to open the windows when I sleep at night.
3. Most importantly, the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, especially the girl with black-framed glasses, melon-shaped face and short stature, who deserves special praise.
In summary, it is not a scam. The hotel is clean, sanitary, convenient for transportation, inexpensive and has a high cost performance ratio. Suitable for individuals or families, let alone business receptions."

Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with prompt customer service responses.
Environment: Great location, right next to Wanda Plaza for a stroll, and authentic Mongolian restaurants just a few minutes away.
Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! 👏 Because we felt so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night. One evening, after returning from a scenic spot, the restaurant manager specifically waited for us, knowing we'd be back for dinner. We ended up eating until closing time, and the service remained consistently excellent from start to finish. The Western restaurant also has a play area for kids, which was great for my younger brother during meals. There was also a short-haired, round-faced front desk staff member who spoke very gently and patiently explained everything from beginning to end, even though I had many questions. This shows that their excellent service isn't just an individual thing, but reflects a high-quality brand with thorough internal training! Definitely worth choosing!

Guest UserFacilities: The corridor is very spacious, there are silent carpets, free mineral water, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. There are too many places to be improved. First of all, the east-facing windows are not equipped with blackout curtains. The room is bright early in the morning, which is not conducive to sleep. Some people who sleep lightly should consider carefully. The floor drain in the shower room is not strong, the ground is not sloped, and the shower room is full of water to the heel after the shower. The toilet pumping force is not strong, and the pumping handle has to be pressed vigorously to the bottom for a few seconds before the pumping is successful.
Environment: The upper floors do have a good view, but the gap between the windows can be opened is quite large. People who are afraid of heights should not be close. The air conditioner in summer is very powerful and very cool. Although the breakfast is simple, the simulation is more complete.

A little beyond expectations ～ highly recommended
The room was really clean, the wet and dry were separated, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The restaurant is delicious and not expensive, and the breakfast is rich.
Hotel location is also very good, downtown side.
There are various restaurants on the left for 3 minutes, and there is a ”Evernight City” opposite to watch the iron flower show; 3 minutes walk to the right is the grassland, and the view room window is the scene, directly out of the film.
Service is also good, responsive, practical and thoughtful with gifts ～
There are two charging piles in the yard, fast charging, and the cost is said to be relatively cheap nearby.

Guest UserThis is the largest hot spring hotel in Reshuitang. The front desk upgraded me to room A. The room facilities were a bit old, and the sofa had obvious water stains or something, which was not pleasant to look at. The quality of the bath products needs improvement. There are many tour groups this season, so the breakfast was chaotic. It is the starting point of the Reshuitang-A'er line, so it is convenient for travel. Overall, it's acceptable!

Objectively speaking, the room facilities are a bit ordinary, but in the core area of Ulan Butong, this condition is OK. The room booked at the time of booking was not heated, and the hotel was upgraded to an air-conditioned room for free. The waiter's attitude is good and very welcoming.
