"The room was spacious and bright, fully equipped, clean, and faced the sea. The restaurant served good quality food, and the staff were warm and polite. The location is super convenient, close to Haeundae subway station, the beach, and the walking street. It's also within walking distance to attractions like the Beach Train. On the walking street, there's a WOWPASS machine for easy currency exchange and topping up your transport card. Plus, convenience stores and restaurants are everywhere. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"We stayed for 2 nights at this property with our family in August. This hotel located very close to the beach and it took us only a few mins of walk. The room was very spacious with two separate bedrooms, extra space for 4 big suitcases, little living room and kitchen was big enough but there were no utensils, cups or cooking pots. A couple convenient stores down the street saved us with breakfast. The room was not that clean but we got washer and dryer in the room which was super nice and convenient. The staffs were not that friendly at the front desk. It's a definitely budget-friendly hotel but I do not recommend for family."

"We were very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-organized. There was a separate bedroom and living room, with one 3-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. My friend and I stayed together and each had our own bed, which was very comfortable. The mattresses were soft and we slept very well. The living room was also very relaxing. The bathroom had a bathtub, perfect for soaking after a tiring day of walking. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were provided, but no toothpaste. There were large bath towels and small hair towels, as well as drinking water. The kitchen was fully equipped. Even though it was an Airbnb, the service was excellent. The staff responded to emails quickly, making guests feel reassured that they wouldn't be abandoned. I was very impressed with this accommodation."

"What we like about the hotel: - modern design with the private spa - perfect for kids to play and enjoy with the terrific ocean view - good service from reception in general (helped us to make hotel reservations, responding to our WhatsApp’s etc) - two bathrooms - perfect for families - excellent location - at the core of Haeundae - convenient to go to all locations in the area! Room for improvement: - poor housekeeping - given that we stayed for 6 nights, we needed to remind the hotel to clean specific areas (like hair), adding tea leaves/ cleaning teapots, providing clean towels etc). The cleaning lady even rang the bell multiple times at 10:45am, before our checkout time at 11am:"

"The location of the apartment is quite good: it is within walking distance of the metro station and major bus stops, and the beach is also nearby. The bed was very comfortable, with excellent bed linen and a very pleasant duvet. Everything was very clean, and the room had a nice view with a partial view of the beach. The apartment was generally well equipped with appliances, and the fast Wi-Fi was another plus. I also really appreciated the heated floor. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke good English. However, there were several small issues that affected the overall impression. The power button on the kettle was broken, so I had to reach inside the mechanism to switch it on. There was also a washing machine in the apartment, but guests were not allowed to use it. This was a significant downside for a longer stay. There was no hair conditioner, which I would normally expect in accommodation of this level. Also, the shampoo and shower gel smelled exactly the same, which made them feel like the same product. Another thing I did not like was the number of warning signs about fines, especially the penalties for not washing the dishes or sorting the rubbish properly. It made the atmosphere feel less welcoming than it could have been. One of the biggest disappointments was that the gym and swimming pool on the 38th floor were no longer available because this facility had been closed for the entire building. I understand that this was not the host’s fault, but I was not informed about it before check-in, and access to the gym and pool had been one of the main reasons I chose this apartment. There were also some surprising omissions in terms of basic kitchenware. There was no fork in the apartment, so I had to use a plastic fork from a nearby convenience store. There were also no proper cups or glasses only small plastic shot glasses, so I ended up drinking water from those, which felt quite strange. On the positive side, there was a water purifier in the room, which was very convenient. Overall, the apartment was clean, comfortable, well located, and had several strong advantages, but a number of small maintenance and communication issues prevented the stay from being as good as it could have been."

"I visited with a close friend and was so satisfied that it exceeded my expectations, so I'm leaving a review ☺️ First of all, as soon as we entered the room, it was clean and well-organized, which made me feel good :) Above all, the ocean view from the terrace was absolutely amazing. It was the best to have a late-night snack while looking at the open sea 👍👍👍👍👍 The location was also perfect for sightseeing. Songdo Beach and Songdo Marine Cable Car were right nearby, so it was great to walk there without any hassle and enjoy ourselves. Although we had a car (free parking for one car per room!!!), if we used public transportation, we could quickly get to Nampo-dong Kkangtong Market, so it was really convenient to travel comfortably by public transportation and buy delicious food for dinner. Even for two men, it wasn't cramped or stuffy at all, and we rested comfortably. I highly recommend it to those looking for an ocean-view accommodation in Songdo or planning to explore nearby tourist attractions! I plan to revisit if I ever come to Songdo again. 🤗🤗🤗"

"I recommend this accommodation for a family of four. Although the dining table and furniture show some signs of age, they are perfectly comfortable to use, and it was a great place to stay at a good price. There is a convenience store and a cafe in the lobby on the first floor, and there is a department store nearby, so there are plenty of places to eat. The bed is also comfortable."
