"This apartment has two rooms on one floor, a large living room, two bathrooms, and a small balcony. The decor is very homey, and there's even a gramophone, which was a nice touch. The room was very clean, and amenities were plentiful; they even gave us a small bottle of red wine.
The hotel is just over a kilometer from São Bento Station, but it's almost entirely uphill (Porto is very hilly), so it's manageable if you take your time. Actually, a more reasonable plan for getting to the main attractions from the hotel is to walk downhill to the river and then take a taxi back up."
