We chose this hotel for our arrival and departure nights due to its convenient proximity to Termini Station. For our last night, we hoped for a more spacious bed and booked a double room with a terrace. However, there was no terrace, and we received a twin room with two narrow single beds pushed together. The mattress itself was comfortable. Although a bit more expensive, rooms of this size are significantly more comfortable than a single room. The room number on the keychain was written in pencil and appeared to have been erased and rewritten. I suspect this hotel might treat Asian guests differently (though other staff members were perfectly fine). The sliding closet door was heavy and difficult to open. There was no refrigerator in the room. While luggage can be stored in a locked room, dropping off and picking up items is self-service. The breakfast offered a decent selection of items and was satisfactory.

The location was super convenient, with a supermarket and a pizza place nearby. The local pizza shop was not only affordable but also absolutely delicious – I highly recommend checking it out! Plus, our room was very clean.

As advertised. For the price, the room is relatively okay. Good location, near train station and minimarkets and restaurants.

We had three nights here. The hotel was basic, though everything we needed was there. The room was clean everyday as well. It’s in the hotel district closed to the Termini so it’s convenient to go everywhere. Breakfast starts at 7:30, so ask the front desk if you would like to go out earlier.

Room was average at best. Fairly clean but felt really old. Would only pay this amount because it is 10minutes from Roma termini. Breakfast was very basic. Check in was smooth and without trouble.

The hotel does not have laundry service, they also do not offer Iron in the rooms. Imagine you are staying for 3-5 days and you have no options for laundry. Also, no electric kettle in the room.

Very small , only for sleeping like hotel , not suggested for families

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The rooms are clean but a little small, with showers barely big enough for one person. The main downside for this hotel is that the amenities written in the hotel description aren’t true. There is no mini bar or mini fridge in the rooms. There is no guest laundry on site and the hotel doesn’t even have an iron/ironing board or steamer. We were directed to a laundromat 2 blocks down for ironing.

The ideal location for an overnight stopover in Termini or simply for a tourist who frequently uses the metro or train in Rome. Nearby are the Termini and Repubblica metro stations, the Termini train station, several bus stops, the Baths of Diocletian, a tourist kiosk, a grocery store, and many restaurants. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and the Vatican is just a 30-minute metro ride away. Special thanks to the cleaning staff – they clean EVERY day, and if there's a guest with any health issues, they're happy to help. The staff is a special plus: very friendly, speaks Italian and English, and is very responsive. The breakfast staff even knows a few words of Russian. I was left with a very positive impression of the people who work there – the atmosphere was very pleasant, almost homey. The breakfast was international: sweet pastries, several types of bread, cereal, freshly sliced ​​fruit, vegetables, cheese, ham, sausage, hot dogs, boiled eggs, yogurt, several types of tea, coffee, and milk. The room exceeded my expectations. I would stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to my friends. However, I missed a refrigerator: it was hot during my vacation in Rome, and I often had to buy cold drinks on the way home in the evening. There was also nowhere to store some items that require refrigeration (cheese, fruit). There's even space and an outlet for a small refrigerator in the room—please install one.

It's about 7 minutes from Termini Station. I can't help that the facilities are old, but I was concerned about hygiene. All the towels had a sour smell so I used the ones I brought with me. The sheets were old and there were stains on all the bed sheets that probably wouldn't go away. There was nothing to secure the shower in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was delicious.

I don't recommend anyone to stay here! The facilities are like a guesthouse. As soon as I returned to the room, I felt that my life was over. The bed was very small, and I couldn't even turn over. For two consecutive nights, the mobile phone I put on the bed was knocked to the ground by my slight turn. The bathroom was full of complaints. The shower head could only be fixed at the waist at the highest. You had to squat to wash your hair. The nozzle was also loose. When your head was full of foam, you had to endure the whole bathroom because the shower head was flooded with water. It was really painful. After washing your hair, you couldn't dry your hair for an hour with this antique hair dryer. There were few breakfast varieties, the gap between seats was very small, and it was noisy like a vegetable market. Anyway, discomfort runs through all your movements in the hotel. If you want to suffer, come here

The triple room I booked was wrongly given to me by Ctrip, which was a single room. This is not good!! However, the hotel is in a good location, newly renovated, and the breakfast is also OK! It is worth staying in the super expensive Rome

There was no shampoo etc. and amenities were minimal, but it was very convenient as it was easily accessible from Termini Station and to supermarkets.
