No aircon in the room, need to open the super huge window that leads to the balcony, which leads to an area which can be access by your neighbors, very dangerous though. looks like a dorm room, with extra beds on the top. electricity was cut off first day of my stay, think a blackout. i think for the price is a good stay, with a good breakfast. but i think alot of things can be improved.

Initially we were given the wrong room. After a long and persistent conversation, staff provided the reserved room, but only from the second day. They gave a discount in the form of not paying the city tax. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room with the terrace is wonderful, as if you were in Ancient Rome.

The staffs are really helpful and very nice location! The gentleman staff helped me to book the restaurant because I don’t have any way to make the call and even don’t speak Italian. Thank you so much

The "hotel" itself is very comfortable and the room has a huge terrace! The service staff at the front desk and restaurant are very nice. Because it is in the college area, it is very quiet. You can walk to St Pietro Cathedral in 15 minutes, and there are many buses nearby to major business districts. It was also very convenient for the hotel to help reserve a taxi. Going to the airport just avoided the congestion in the city center and the journey was smooth. There was a problem with the trip.com platform and the hotel was not notified that I had already paid, causing me to pay again at the hotel. I was charged repeatedly and it has been nearly a week and it has not been refunded yet. I don’t know what to do, the platform said that the hotel told me to wait 35 days! I can't understand this matter. So the service part here should have been full marks, so I gave it half.

The service is very average. The room is large, but the windows are very small. There are no curtains on the bathroom windows. I am very worried about privacy leakage. Not recommended, and the hotel is on a small slope. Every time you go to Hui Hotel, you need to climb up the slope, which is inconvenient.

Everything went well, the only thing that could be said to have failed a bit was the issue of water, sometimes it would go away, but within minutes it would return. I don't know if it was a problem with my room or something in general. Other than that, no problem.

Very nice structure and full of services (restaurant, bar and excellent gym). Fairly clean rooms and very friendly staff.
