Avoid this property, owner Malono is such an arrogant person who should not be in hospitality industry. The check in process is disaster, he does not inform you about how to get in the room, no info about the breakfast, he forces you about payment IMMEDIATELY in CASH when some random person who does not even speak english enter to the property and threading you if you do not pay NOW by CASH he will not provide you breakfast and throw your baggage outside even you have one more night reserved. All could be done calmly by charging the card if this person has a little bit clue how to treat customers. Read the reviews please before ordering this property and do not make such a mistake like we did. All negative reviews are real.

I made a reservation via the booking platform. Unfortunately my profile was not up-dated and my credit card was rejected. Nevertheless they could have informed me two days in advance of my trip if they wanted to debit my account in advance. I have up-dated my profile the same day of my travel and wrote them from the airport. I just discovered when I landed at Roma airport 9:30 pm that my reservation was cancelled. Looks like it is a commun practice by reading the feedback in Google. Avoid this location.

DA EVITARE SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! VOTO SOTTO 0! Il e il mio ragazzo abbiamo vissuto un esperienza bruttissima. Mentre stavamo prendendo il volo per Roma, con sole 24 ore di anticipo, l'host in modo poco carino e poco gentile mi ha annullato la prenotazione dicendo che aveva la struttura invasa di cimici, noi giustamente ci siamo trovati persi perchè non riuscivamo a trovare nulla, tutto pieno o a prezzi esorbitanti, e il proprietario non ci ha aiutato per nulla nemmeno a trovare qualche altra alternativa visto il disagio creatoci, addirittura non aveva nemmeno segnalato questa "infestazione" a booking (sito dal quale ho prenotato), dirò di più, informandomi ho scoperto che ha continuato a ricevere le prenotazioni successive alla mia quindi era evidente si trattasse di una menzogna (in più leggendo le recensioni mi accorgo che ha utilizzato la stessa motivazione con altri, e che lo fa abitualmente di lasciare la gente in mezzo ad una strada) e ha detto anche a booking che non aveva cancellato nulla ma che era andato tutto correttamente e che attendeva che io mi presentassi come da prenotazione, ho addirittura ricevuto un email dove lui aveva segnalato che quella a non presentami sono stata io con tanto di richiesta di motivazioni. VERGOGNOSO! Ho poi riferito tutto all'host con tanto rammarico, chiedendo spiegazioni essendo che ormai avevo la conferma assoluta che ci avesse preso in giro e che non era vero delle cicimici e mi ha anche minacciata di denunciarmi e che stavo parlando un avvocato! Tutto veramente INACETTABILE!!! Non prenotate, persona assolutamente poco seria, poco educata e inaffidabile, per rimanere contenuti e non dire cose peggiori!
