"I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Siem Reap! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm Cambodian hospitality and genuine smiles. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a touch of Khmer style. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with great amenities. I especially loved the little details—fresh flowers, daily housekeeping, and how quiet the room was despite being so close to the city center. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a few minutes from Pub Street and the night market, yet tucked away enough for peace and relaxation. The pool area was my favorite spot to unwind after a day of exploring Angkor Wat. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. "I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication."

"The hotel is not far from the city and major tourist places which is convenient. However, my 2 nights stay were not up to typical standard of such a nice hotel. The bed was not very clean leaving dusts (m not sure if they have any deep clean before I check in, but all amenities provided/changed). The second day, I made sure the sign on the door saying “please clean the room”, and I went out from 7am back at around 4pm, and they didn’t clean my room. I was too tired to ask them to make it up. The water smell very strong mental (it might be a problem of city water supply in that area), however, it made my stay experience even worse. Plus side, the receptionist friendly and there’s a nice cozy coffee attached to the hotel side entrance."

"I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it. The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well. I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area. One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point. Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily. For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it. "The reviews and photos are very consistent, and since the night bus arrived super early, I could relax by the pool. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. Breakfast was a set menu, and the taste was decent. The service attitude was excellent, and it offered great value for money. The downside is that you can't shower after checking out. It's about 2 km from the lively night market, so you'll need to take a tuk-tuk to get around."

"I rarely write detailed reviews, but I couldn't pass this one up. Cambodia pleasantly surprised us, and I can confidently recommend this hotel, and indeed a visit to this wonderful place, to everyone! First off, we were able to check in early since our room was available, which was a huge plus after nearly a full day of travel. Even better, our room was upgraded to a higher category, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was clean, spacious, and smelled wonderfully of some essential oil. I was also pleasantly surprised by the in-room tea station, where you could brew proper loose-leaf tea, not just tea bags. Breakfasts were excellent. Since we often left early for excursions, they prepared packed breakfast boxes for us. On the days we had breakfast at the hotel, there was plenty to ensure you wouldn't leave hungry. A huge bonus was the coffee machine where the staff would make your coffee. I particularly want to highlight the view during breakfast – if you're an early riser, you can catch a beautiful sunrise. We also ordered food from their restaurant, and everything was delicious. The hotel has a clean swimming pool (we saw them cleaning it early in the morning) and a small gym. You can also book a massage right at the hotel, which we did, trying their local massage – highly recommended! We also booked all our excursions through the hotel. The staff helped us choose trips for all our days, which was super because we didn't have to search for everything ourselves. Plus, we had a very negative experience with tuk-tuks in Sri Lanka, so this way we felt safer. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything. The best observation I can make is that it's like staying in your house with a carefree and friendly number of staff to perfect your life. "I love this Place! The staff are so friendly and very helpful. They arranged I and my girlfriend a tour to angkor wat temple the way they explain to us very nice with wonderful English Speaking skills and they always smile. we started the tour at 2pm with small tour sunset it was very nice. so I suggest to all tourisms if come to siem reap don't forget to stay here at the Moon Residence & Spa, they'll do everything to meet your expectations. even more! We love it here. It's only our first night and we're definitely coming back here. I especially like the pool and the balcony. They are just perfect, really, with fresh foliage and lovely furniture surround."
