We have been that hotels so nice can good stuff so friendly and good service  and take care of us they open the room for waiting us when I come to room feel so good

The room are clean and comfortable, very friendly staff and no noisier make my stay so great 👍

There aren't many rooms, so we were able to spend 5 days in a quiet and relaxing stay. The restaurant's food was not very fancy, but it was exquisite and timeless, making use of natural ingredients. When we wanted to spend time on our own, they left us alone, and when we asked for their services, they responded flexibly and very kindly. This time it was just my wife and I, and we were able to make many good memories.

Well, if you are looking for a 5 stars experience…. FORGET THIS PLACE. Arriving at 22:00.. the hotel reception was closed. We call and they send us to a provisional reception beside swimming pool. The room was not the one chosen. Humidity inside very high. Tv, safe box not working. And no services. No swimming pool, bars closed, no dinner and the breakfast was a Joke. Just 7 local dishes. See the picture. It seems that the hotel is partially closed with just 20 customers. And they had reduced all services. But nobody told us and we still paying for 5 stars hotel.

Overall, very satisfied with the hotel The front desk service is very good. Although there were geckos visiting during the two nights of stay, it was dealt with immediately! The rating is solely based on budget hotel standard. Stayed 5 nights. Plenty of mosquitoes and the air conditioning was not working properly. Unfortunately the weather was hot too. Complained and all was taken care well. Friendly staff. The room was huge, comfortable and clean beds, clean wc, quiet environment and nice pool. All things needed after a long and tiring day are checked off. We even requested for hot water, the staff provided us with water heater and cups. The food was ok too. 3$ for tuktuk to Pub Street

Hotel breakfast is very good, hotel room can be extra bed, this is a big hotel, it is very convenient to take the children, the hotel is very clean, the hotel service is very good, it is suitable for family travel

This is my third stay at Sokhalay Angkor Hotel for the year 2023. Every thing is always excellence offer from hotel staff.

It is a ”deluxe class designation” hotel in a pack of a travel company. Located between Siem Reap Airport and the center, facing National Highway ６, but there are few facilities other than hotels in the surrounding area, and convenience stores and supermarkets are not within walking distance. There is a facility called BOX VILLE about ５ on foot, and there is a minimart-like store, but it is quite expensive compared to the supermarket in the center. Considering the tuk-tuk fee, if you are shopping for a little beer and sweets, this store is enough, so I went there several times ... It is a fairly large hotel and the facilities are at a level that is not a problem. Although it is small, there is a pool, and although there are few users, it is well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast starting at 6:00 is also reasonable, and the noodles you can choose from 3 types are delicious. However, the number of items is not large. Maybe they're reducing the food because there are no Chinese tourists. I think that most people will only sleep because many people go sightseeing in the daytime, but I think that it will be a good hotel except for the location.
