Serik Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"Good afternoon! Just returned from this hotel. Before the trip I read a lot of reviews about Green Max and, frankly, expected the worst. The rooms - yes, they need updating (especially the bathroom + not enough light in the room and bathroom, not enough sockets), but everything is not critical if this is not the main thing for you. The room, however, is clean, quiet (we lived in the Zeus building), they cleaned every day, the minibar was replenished. I would not say that the food is very varied, but not meager either, you can always find dishes to your taste and you will definitely not go hungry. Moreover, the hotel has many food outlets throughout the day. Alcoholic drinks are of average quality: we tried red, white, pink wine, martini, beer - ok, but we did not like the champagne. We really liked the staff - everyone is polite, friendly, they work very hard, everything is clearly organized, so the hotel management - 5 points. The hotel area is very green, beautiful, blooming, and is constantly looked after. Everything is planned out well - well done. The animation is active (both during the day and in the evening), young people will not be bored. There is a lot for children (a separate pool area, water slides, a mini club, a small playground). The sea is the main thing we came for and what is great in this hotel, especially in the first half of the day, when there are no waves. But I did not like the organization of the sun loungers on the beach - they are very close to each other, no privacy, I had to take them near the pool, there is much more opportunity for privacy, although the music was often too loud. In the end, I liked the holiday, I think the price / quality is very good. I recommend the hotel if you have adequate expectations from the very beginning."

"Заселили в первый блок около дороги, поэтому шумно. Вай фай в номере, приятно, посмотрела сериал, в 460. Завтрак понравился, бассейн есть, в 10 минутах от «Земли легенд», рядом а101 продуктовый. До пляжа добирались на такси, хороший песчаный пляж и парковая Зона с детской площадкой. На одну ночь было отлично за небольшую плату. Но для более долгого пребывания предпочли бы не слышать шум дороги."

Номер не большой, тк корпус староват, не понравилось, в ванной комнате мыльно рыльные принадлежности, пластиковые трубы, выглядят дешевле, качество тоже так себе. Зубных щеток нет. По еде особого восхищения не было, вкусно, выбор не сильно большой, зимняя концепция, голодными не уйдите. Алкоголь нормальные, наливают не жалея. Персонал очень услужлив и старается. Подогреваемые бассейны, холодны, купаться не в удовольствие. В целом отдых удался, даже хочется вернуться."

"For this price, a room with direct pool access and a private sun terrace – this is a really good hotel. **Location**: 2.5 km from the sea, but there's a shuttle every 30 minutes. I didn't go to the beach as it was still too cold for me to swim. My goal was just to sunbathe). I really liked the idea of separate zones for families and adults. I saw them denying entry to guests with children in the adult section, which is great. It's quiet there, no music, just perfect. Near the hotel, there are pharmacies, a Migros supermarket, and Land of Legends is a 15-minute walk away. A taxi is 10 euros one way, but walking is better. **Room**: The room is simple but modern. However, the toilet smelled of cat urine, and the smell wasn't removed. I wasn't moved to another room. A bathrobe is by request; the first one they brought was ripped and too small. I asked for a replacement and got an acceptable one. No body lotion. Plenty of outlets, and the bedding and bed are fine. Overall, the cleaning is good. **Food**: Good. Always a good selection. Once there was smoked red fish for breakfast and once crayfish for dinner. But it seems there are few beef dishes. The snacks are a bit strange and pointless. **Drinks**: The cocktails in the lobby are awful; they're more or less okay at the adult-only bar. **Service**: The staff are responsive to requests and complaints. The restaurant also has good service; you don't have to go to the bar yourself, the waiters are excellent. **Downside**: On the -1 floor, in the adult zone, there's a disco from 11:30 PM. The music is so loud you can hear the song lyrics in your room. Those sensitive to noise definitely won't be able to sleep. Extending the room for 7 hours due to a late flight cost 140 euros – which is not reasonable."

"Третий раз в отеле. Многое нравится. Большие номера, на пляже и у бассейнов нет проблем с местами в какое бы время не пришли.  В ресторане так де всегда есть столы и в помещении и на улице. Зеленая красивая территория. Правильное зонирование- нигде нет толп.  Прекрасное кафе-кондитерская. Из минусов: плохая уборка и стало плохо с питанием. Не сравнить с предыдущими годами. И ассортимент существенно сокращен и стали многое готовить невкусно. То недопекут, то пережарят или пересушат.   Голодным точно не будешь, но как-то не душевно."
