The rooms itself were not the cleanest with stains on the carpets and bedsheets. However its very near rotorua central and super convenient to walk around. Note that the walls were really really thin and during my stay, other guests were super noisy and it really ******. That could have been better. Otherwise, it’s pretty okay.

Strategically located at the city center, this place offers great convenience to a lot of restaurants nearby. The infamous Polynesian spa is within walking distance (about 5 minutes walk) and other attractions such as government gardens, sulphur point, lake Rotorua etc. are within walking distance. We got a double room for more privacy, basic amenities are available but I do not think there is a hairdryer (I brought mine anyway) so prepare one if you were to stay here.

Great location and friendly stuff

Clean and tidy, the staffs were friendly and helpful, close to intercity bus stop, many restaurants and cafes around there, and nice view from their balcony!

The place was spacious and open overall. The kitchen was well equipped, and the dining area had plenty of seating.

A good backpacking hostel. It is a good place to train children's travel ability. You can arrive late and use the password box to get the key. The area is safe and I arrived there at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. I got the key smoothly according to the instructions in the email. As a private room in a youth hostel, it has a clean bed, shelf, and heater. I think the conditions are acceptable.

This is a very convenient inn as it is close to the bus stop and the center where the night market is held. The common areas such as the kitchen were also quite clean. I think it depends on how the room is used by the people in the room, but I think it's a clean accommodation for backpackers. I got the impression that there were a lot of people making noise in their rooms until late, probably because it was mostly used by young people. I had a little problem with payment. Even though I had paid in advance and my credit card had been debited correctly, I was charged again for the accommodation fee when I checked in. The manager gave me a refund. The cause is said to be a lack of cooperation between the inn and its partner companies, but even if you pay in advance, I think it would be better to confirm on the day of check-in. When I contacted Trip.com, they responded immediately even though it was late at night. Thank you very much.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. I stayed in a double room, and the room was bigger than I thought and well-ventilated, so it wasn't bad.

The location of the hotel is good, just a few minutes walk from the hot springs, and there are many places to eat nearby. The accommodation is very safe, the kitchen is clean and has many facilities, but it can be noisy at night.
