Due to an error on the hotel's part, there was an overbooking and they have transferred me to the Novotel in Rotterdam. The hotel is slightly better in class, but it is a bit further away from the town centre. It worked out fine for me.

Great location. But very disappointed we‘d the room on the 1st floor and their is nothing apart from the beds and toilet eugh shower. Very basic and we found it a bit cold in term of the vibes. If you are looking did great local and convenient that’s it no question.

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. I traveled with the dog and this hotel allows dogs to stay. Even gave me a nice present for my dog. Location is also perfect. Recommend this hotel!

The air quality in the room was poor and dusty. My eyes felt uncomfortable after staying there for two nights. The location is OK, near the railway station. Unable to contact the front desk using the room phone or other shortcut keys.
