I made a booking for a single night through Ostrovok, when I arrived at the hotel they charged me 50% more than the agreed booking price. As I arrived late at night I didn’t have the opportunity to find a new hotel, so I had to pay the extra 50%. When I complained to Ostrovok the only comment was that they are sorry for the bad experience. I will never use Ostrovok again.

Выражаем благодарность персоналу гостиницы "Островок". Хочется отметить доброжелательность и отзывчивость рабочего персонала. Создаётся приятная атмосфера хорошего отдыха, что придает отличное настроение. Всё убрано, уютно, сделано со вкусом и любовью. К уборке нареканий не было, всё чисто. Место расположения очень удобное: в трёх минутах ходьбы расположен супермаркет "Пятёрочка", а в пяти минутах - метро. Во дворе всегда есть свободные парковочные места, что для нас было важно. Имеется отдельная кухня, посуда, микроволновки, чайники, холодильники и плита. Всё в идеальном состоянии. Большое спасибо, приедем ещё! И только к Вам!!!

Островку не доверять!!!!!! снимают бронь сами ссылаясь на то, что отель сам это сделал. Фактически прибыв в отель, разместились , тут же, администратор не вкурсе почему островок снял бронь самостоятельно. \Риск остаться на улице в чужом городе!

Жили в двухместном номере.Проживание в отеле комфортное.Единственное что хотелось бы изменить - в комнате организовать доп.освещение- ночник на тумбочку или на стену.освещение - толко люстра на потолке.не очень комфортно такое освещение после пробуждения и вечером когда один из проживающих спит а второй еще нет.
