Room was clean and staff were very courteous. Free breakfast (to go) was dissapointing especially since it was a key reason for cost savings with our hotel selection. Also dodsapointed there wasnt a fitness area like other extended stay facilities we have stayed at.

Rooms smelled, AC smelled. Changed rooms multiple time and checked out after one night and moved to another hotel.

This place is a disaster! The staff is snarky and rude, they don’t do any housekeeping, they tell you to bring your dirty linens to them to get clean ones. The furniture is disgusting and falling apart, the curtains are greasy and crusty at the same time (HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?) and when you tell the manager, her response is “you are free to leave whenever you want”

I found 10 bugs. I was supposed to have a non-smoking room, but every time I opened the door, it reeked of smoke.

The hotel room and grounds were horribly dirty. The room and bathroom was not clean and there was roaches. The stairs and halls wee littered with cigarette butts.

The brand is very recognizable and I chose this hotel because of the name and pictures on the site. The room was nothing like the pictures. False. This hotel is very old. The furniture was scarred. The side table had white calking for a repair. Carpet old. The space in front of door had the remains of an old door mat.
Nice for the complimentary coffee in the morning .
