The hotel is a little far from the city, but it gave me an unexpected surprise. The hotel is not big, but it is small and exquisite. The room is clean, tidy and bright, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is okay, the service is good, and the stay experience is satisfactory. Recommended!

Very pleasant! Lady at breakfast took the time to clear our table, so sweet. And God Bless the lady that drove in the middle of the night to get to work at 4am during a blizzard. She’s amazing!

My wife and I are in our 70's and I'm a disabled vet. My wife, a retired RN, became immobilized with a bad case of the flu in the morning of the day we were to check-in. We asked to slide our stay by two days so that she could rest before the drive to Syracuse. The hotel rep told our ******* rep no, and charged us for the night we couldn't use. We stayed in this place two weeks ago but will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Airport shuttle wasn't running and Hampton ordered up a small Uber. Had to sit crosswise under a large suitcase with my wife.

Quick family trip to Syracuse to go to Destiny USA and the stores we don't get in Canada (ala Target, Trader Joes, etc). Hotel and members were great, only issue was a few hairs on the bathroom sink and floor when we arrived.

Very friendly front desk staff. Room is very clean. The hot tub jets weren’t working, which was disappointing. Also, the room was warmer than we prefer and we had trouble getting temp down, but that’s more our own heat preference than a problem of the hotel. I’d highly recommend!
