Hotel Senses

Washroom and hot water need to be improved. Rest is good. Also for executive room getting king side bed is an issue... They make single bed join and give which is very uncomfortable to sleep.

Everything is ok except that the outside climatisation was a disaster - impossible to sleep during two nights - when I asked to do something, the Technical people told me that it was normal because it was an old building and they didn’t do anything - they did not even proposed another room - really the noise was like war - pity because the restaurant is good and the people of the restaurant + people for cleaning are charming and very nice

The rooms in the hotel completely different then you see on photos. Old, dirty, sheets and towels dirty. There are no sun lounger by a pool. And if you want to use a pool your swimming suit has to be specific fabric.

It's my first time here and the stay here was awesome. Every single staff including room service, kitchen staff at hi brew , and the hotel service staffs were amazing. Most of all they were kind and great behaviour. Every staff was polite and definitely had a peaceful stay here . Rooms were kept clean and neat every single day . We opted the hotel food for dinner and they have great cuisine options and also food was yummy and clean and also they did customised cooking when asked so thanks for doing simple baby food available. Overall I am rating it 5 star because my experience was amazing. Wud love to come back Value for money

Very good room and room service

Overall very nice experience! Can keep more options for vegetarians in the food menu and dining, otherwise rest all things were great!

Room was great this time. Last time i came, the AC wasn’t working well but this time it was great. Location is also good, near my office. The hotel has a great vibe altogether, staff is helpful and accommodating. Food needs a bit more improvement for breakfast, some items are delicious but some don’t feel freshly made. Overall a good 8/10 hotel.

Everything was good but you should remove bhagwad Geeta from room because it's a holy book and people are drinking alcohol and eating chicken in the same room i think it's inappropriate in my opinion.

The facilities were amazing, ambience was great, staff was nice and food was good but buffet selection was a bit less. Overall would recommend
