The rooms are very nice great location. The only thing I would say is that the plumbing is a little loud.

The service was very attentive at the reception. Breakfast offers good options of hot dishes, but could have had a fresh orange juice and more options of sweet breads. The internet is good and the valet service is expensive (US$82 for 2 nights) but it was ok. The gym/fitness center leaves a lot to be desired - the equipment is old and doesn't work properly.

Great hotel, great location! I read the rooms were small so for $20 I upgraded to a suite & it was awesome. Like an apartment, very nice. Breakfast was a step up too. Parking was expensive but that’s just how it is!

Great location! A lot of places were within walking distance . We had such a nice view from our room. Room & bathroom was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff! Would definitely recommend this hotel! Would love to stay here again!!

Just a quick trip through San Antonio to Houston for family meeting. Hotel is extremely nice and clean. Across the street from the Alamo. Lovely area. Revitalizing the area around then Alamo but no problem with walking or major traffic issues in the area.

Really old fashioned heating system was so noisy it kept waking us up all night ... Breakfast was nice ..but spoiled by not having proper plates or cutlery. Eating off paper plates is depressing and squalid..but even worse than that it's terrible for the environment . This hotel could go better and needs modernising!
