Don't expect to say for the location I just wanted to get something that was local for where I was going tonight and also like if I even come back like somewhere I could come back to close also so so far I'm really excited for breakfast

It's a relatively dangerous neighborhood. I seem to hear gunshots at night, and there are many homeless people around.

The location is in the city center, but it is in a neighborhood with many homeless people. The house is very old and the sanitary conditions are relatively poor.

For the price it's definitely a good place to stay with closeness to Bill Graham, BART, and a couple of small hole in the wall restaurants and convenience stores.

The sheets I had were not clean at all and covered in stains which I think we all know where they're from (they did not have bed bugs that I could tell which was nice). The bathroom is a shared one and key me tell you now, it's SF so when I was there, walked in one morning to a seat smeared with feces and I was disgusted and refused to use the bathrooms there.

The staff were nice tho and like I said for 2 beds a fridge, TV, WiFi, and a microwave it was a good price but could've been way better as well.
