The old hotel is very old and has a long history. The lobby on the first floor is amazing, there are also nice restaurants and bars, and a bar rap performance at night. But after entering the door, I felt the smell of old carpets in the aisle and the room. Fewer sockets, small bathrooms, not modern enough.

Mediocre motel. Clean enough, but was charged $209.00 for one nights stay during Labor Day weekend. Regular price is $75.00. “rip-off”. Continental breakfast consists of dry cereal, or small muffin, Coffee or juice. Sitting area is just a narrow small counter with 3 stools. Not enough room for all the patrons waiting to have a bite to eat before hitting the road. No tables or chairs.

The staff was very friendly and always smiling. Unfortunately there was no towels when I got to my room. I was tired and upset but the front desk was still extremely nice and apologetic and corrected the issue. Room was your basic Motel 6. Clean but nothing exciting. No shampoo no breakfast.

The rooms are small but immaculate and the location doesn’t get better than this it’s literally 20 yards from the beach and 15 yards to the pier. We park our car and there are at least 50 restaurants within walking distance we never get back into the car. Every year we have come we enjoy seeing the gray whales or humpback whales. And watching the dolphins surf with the surfers in the evening. The staff are amazing and the manager Michael is wonderful. This is our fourth trip there and we are already booked for next year

Super good, suitable for a family, especially a family with children, vacation on the beach: There are playgrounds for children to play with more facilities, such as table tennis, badminton, slides, etc. The swimming pool is also good, that is, there have always been two wild ducks coming to swim. The restaurant is also relatively large, and the waffles will help you bake them. There are many drinks, in addition to coffee and fruit juice, it also provides a variety of brewed tea bags. Since it is a suite, it is basically 2 rooms. The room we stayed in had 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony with partial sea views. There is a lot of space and there is no problem with the family.

Love this hotel it's staff members are delightful and friendly, the rooms are immaculately clean, and very modern. I especially like that the tv included netflix and youtube built in. Another great bonus is silence. You cannot hear people in the other rooms. Definitely worth the price when in comparison to other places here in Santa Maria.
