Yes - the hotel is one of smallest I ever seen. Yes, it's noisy. Yes, you can see some items dated. I have seen more expensive (much more) hotels with smaller rooms, more noisy and in worse condition. Yes. It has some limitations: there is no kitchen, no bar, no other amenities. Because of lack of the kitchen, breakfast is buffet only with no warm food. But everything is fresh i tasty. Don't expect any other meals though. Staff is friendly, nice and helpful. Location is excellent - close to public transport, close to old town, but not too close. Shops just outside and plenty of restaurants around. I would definitively use them again. Just one small thing: while wifi signal is decent, they should think of upgrading their internet connection, offered speeds would be sufficient in 2005, not in 2023. Had to switch to 4G to do anything.

I’m afraid I cannot understand some of the negative comments about this hotel. We’ve just returned from staying 4 nights for a wedding in the city. We had a superior room with a balcony in the old part, which was spacious. Our daughter had a double room, not so spacious but this an old historic hotel, not a Travel Lodge! The hotel is for sleeping, the town with its hundreds of restaurants within a 10 minute walk away is for exploring. Aviaries are not my thing but my husband loved it and it was cleaned as we were there. There’s a free internet room and little salons for resting if you want to read quietly and stay in from the gear for a while. Breakfast was a massive choice of fresh fruit, cereal, hot and cold buffet, cakes and pastries - self service whilst seated inside or out. We choose outside overlooking the lawn. Served helpfully from 7.30am till 11am. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Late checkout is 12pm. Kept our bags whilst we went for lunch and booked us a taxi to the hotel. If you are a foodie, the market is 2 mins away across the road. Amazing seafood of all types. Luckily customs didn’t check our bags and find all the chorizo and Serrano ham packets stored in there 🤣 I would certainly recommend this hotel and stay again.

It is convenient to location near the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, but the building is too old, the bathroom is narrow, the facilities are poor, and the bed is crooked, so it is very old. The owner was friendly but difficult to communicate.

Ottimo albergo in centro città. Ottima colazione, belle camere, comode e pulite. Bel bagno. Buonissima la colazione e staff super cortese

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the centre of the city. Recommended for those who do not need a private jacuzzi to live.

We selected in this accommodation based on the good ratings we have read and the truth is that it was a total fiasco. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. But the worst thing was that the rooms had paper walls and the beds are probably the worst in which I've been sleeping in my life, the muds were crushing only with moving a millimeter so we don't catch an eye all night, When you don't hear the crushed of our bed was that of the neighbors above, a number. When I tried to call the next day, they didn't answer me (I wonder what would have happened if it had been an emergency) until much later and, of course, with the conscious “we're sorry, but this is what q there are and there are no rooms available for We have not rested anything, during the time we were there was never anyone from the hotel that passed through there, it is a bedroom and point, it can't be called hotel and we have certainly ruined our experience in Santiago. There are many and better options in Santiago and I do not recommend this site at all.
