Nice hotel however it needs few upgrades, lot of mosquitoes, the ax was not working properly, the bathroom is dated and no sign that you should not drink the tap water which was extremely salty, the staff is great and very helpful, the pool needs cleaning every day and it would have many flies and leaves that stayed there over days

Initially we had a problem with the 2nd room, but then staff was very helpful in resolving that. The breakfast and pool were very good. Property was very clean. Room was also very clean, but bathroom needs a makeover. Especially the tub. Christina and Athina were very helpful.

Excellent, small boutique hotel, very clean, lovely food, lovely staff, excellent location only 5 minutes walk from beach, restaurants and shops.
11 minutes cab ride from airport.

Had a weekend trip for my birthday and was really happy with the amazing experience at Hermes. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options daily, the location was perfect to access the main area in Kamari with shops, restaurants and the beach all within a short walk.
The staff were always friendly and so helpful throughout in organizing rides, giving directions, offering suggestions and making reservations. Would definitely stay here if I visit Santorini again!
