The caldera view is amazing from our suite. Private jacuzzi with complementary white wine is very romantic. Breakfast is also wonderful. Very nice and friendly staff. Overall cannot ask for a better stay in Oia.

Hotel are nice and location wise also good . If staying lower level of hotel is abit tired , too many staircases

We’ve stayed in 3 different hotels in Santorini, Charisma is definitely the best one. Amazing view, stylish room, private balcony, friendly staff. The gentleman at front desk is always very nice and helpful. Every detail is perfect here. Also a terrific place to enjoy the stunning sunset. It’s a great place to celebrate our anniversary. Amazing hotel with best service . best oia view n beautiful room.

The hotel is located right under the windmill in Oia. It is a great location to watch the sunset. It is also very quiet. Someone will help you carry your luggage. The room is clean and tidy. The toiletries are the Greek brand apivita. They are very useful and I am attracted to them. They will also give you a set of Bulgari toiletries. The lady at the front desk is kind and kind. She recommended restaurants on the island. The next morning, she learned that we were going to hike to Fira and had no time to eat breakfast. She asked the restaurant to prepare a simple meal in a hurry. The breakfast on the third day was also worth sitting down and eating slowly.

It was a wonderful hotel. All the staff were very dedicated and responded to our various requests. Check-out was at 11am, but we were able to use the pool for 2-3 hours while waiting for our flight. I was also excited that the amenities were Bulgari. The view was also amazing, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was very clean and the service, hospitality, food, everything was wonderful and I had a comfortable time. I am very satisfied. I would definitely like to stay again.

The service was amazing! The location was especially great, and I was able to have the sunset all to myself from my room, which was a truly luxurious experience!

Considering its price, this room does have a lot to complain about. Its location is also very remote, with no shops around. If you need a particularly quiet sea view, you can consider it, otherwise it is not the first choice.

The first surprise of Santorini was brought about by this windmill hotel. The hotel's service is very professional and the waiters are very friendly and well prepared. The view from the room is unparalleled, it is painted in dreamy Santorini white, and the toiletries are all Bulgari brand. In addition, because we had booked a certain internet celebrity restaurant but could not book it, we unexpectedly booked the hotel's room service as a blessing in disguise. Only then did we realize that this is the correct way to open the hotel. There is no need to go outside to find a restaurant or viewing spot to watch the sunset. The balcony of the room is the best observation point. It was a perfect experience, I will come again if I have the chance.

Watching the sunset while having wine and fruit on the balcony of the room was the best. The room is spacious, fashionable and satisfying.

This hotel is just amazing! The main project to go to Santorini is to enjoy the sunset in Oia. This hotel has a very good view and is an excellent place to enjoy the sunset.

Very good hotel, recommended

The size of the hotel is relatively large in this area. Great location, great to watch the sunset. But individual rooms cannot see the sunset. Breakfast is very good.
