The hotel is nice and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it would be nice if they have someone who speaks English. I know some Chinese so for me it wasn't a problem, but for other tourists it can be difficult to get some help. The room I stayed in was small, but perfect for the solo traveler. They cleaned it every day, and changed toiletries. There was only one problem, I spotted some cockroaches. Swimming pools were clean and nice, and you can lend some towels for free. The beach is super near, like 5 min walk from the hotel.

My friends and I had a great stay at Primus. The hotel is in a really peaceful area, but it is a little drive away from most restaurants and shops. This didn’t bother us though as it wasn’t far in a didi. The room was clean and the view is stunning. On my second night I ran a bath and there was an issue with the water. They quickly upgraded me to an amazing villa which was amazing. The staff were all very helpful, especially Alisa who speaks great English (which was handy since my Chinese isn’t great) and helped me with a package issue I had. The bar area is quiet and has an amazing view. Food options for foreigners is a little bit limited but there were some options that we liked.

The housekeeper Miss Qingping is simply an angel👼 Knowing that the children need to take the test paper, she helped to print it without saying a word. We responded to all the requests in seconds and solved them all. The service is considerate and efficient~ The hotel experience is great💯 Meals and afternoon tea can be delivered directly to the room. It is so comfortable to enjoy the food by the pool! We also caught up with the rain. Swimming in the rain is fun, unique and unforgettable🌧️ The room is extremely private, and you can enjoy the warm and private space. The environment is even better. The infinity pool is connected to the sea🌊 The shadows of the coconut trees, whether it is taking beautiful photos by the pool, blowing the wind on the beach swing, or enjoying the moonlight in the coconut trees at night, the atmosphere is full✨ I also saw little rabbits and squirrels. This trip became particularly beautiful because of Junlan. I will recommend it to everyone around me and come again next time~
