Ambiance: Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the resort vibe is totally on point. The live music at the lobby bar creates such a chill atmosphere, and every corner is Instagram-worthy! Cleanliness: The room was spotless, complete with disinfection seals on the bathtub. Even the towels on the beach chairs were folded into swan shapes—attention to detail that truly delights! Service: A special thanks to Jelly—she was incredibly responsive and made sure all our needs were met effortlessly."

Before our arrival, Farhana reached out to confirm our booking and inquire about any specific requests. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, she took note and ensured every detail was perfect. The dining experience was flawless, complemented by the restaurant’s outstanding service. Later that afternoon, Farhana surprised us with a gorgeous flower bouquet and adorable whale dolls as anniversary gifts. These thoughtful gestures touched our hearts deeply and made our trip truly memorable. What sets Farhana apart is her ability to anticipate needs and add personal touches that other hotels or butlers might overlook. Every interaction with her was marked by genuine kindness, professionalism, and a passion for creating unforgettable moments. "The Lake View Suite offered a great view of Longtan Lake. Although a shuttle service was required for getting to and from the suite, it was always prompt and very convenient. Gina from Guest Services was exceptionally thoughtful; she arranged welcome fruit upon check-in, and our kids loved the room's setup and the cake Gina arranged for them. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, and it was also kept quite clean. Overall, a great experience."

"The hotel has direct access to the beach, which was my favorite part of the stay. I spent a lot of time in the pool, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was also very good, offering a variety of options. The location is convenient, with several restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, though not very modern. That didn’t bother me much, as I was either in the pool or the ocean most of the time. However, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell after using the shower or toilet, and the bathtub was old and drained water slowly. There is no self-service laundry :-( Airport pickup was available and very convenient. As soon as you exit the arrivals area, you just cross the street and walk for about 2–3 minutes to a designated waiting area where the van picks you up. The airport staff was very nice and they helped me get to the waiting area."

"Third time here and we had a fantastic family holiday again! Location, beach, swimming pools and gardens are gorgeous and really well kept. We love the different pool options and the room with direct pool access is so convenient with kids. I agree with other reviews that rooms could use renovation, especially if they used to be smoking rooms, but daily cleaning is impeccable. The open air breakfast spot is lovely and breakfast choice is excellent, Chinese restaurant is also very good and provided such nice support to celebrate kid’s birthday. Derrick Liu was so helpful to address any concerns, everyone on staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Can wholeheartedly recommend!"

"I was so thrilled to see a kitchen and a washing machine! In Sanya, you often go through several outfits a day, so I booked this place without a second thought! However, with plenty of activities for kids and many families staying there, it seems particularly well-suited for family trips. The hotel boasts direct beach access. You can simply lie in bed and enjoy the ocean views and sunrise! There's also a balcony perfect for moon-gazing, sea views, and drying clothes. The room itself is very spacious – a one-bedroom, one-living room suite. The kitchen is conveniently located right by the entrance, and there are two bathrooms, one of which features a bathtub. After checking in, we immediately made our way to Xinhonggang Market and bought an incredible amount of fresh seafood to cook back at the hotel! For instance, two medium-sized 'Xiao Qing Long' (slipper lobsters) cost 140, jumbo mantis shrimp with roe were 100 per jin, mango clams 15 per jin, red flower crabs 40-50 per jin, and black tiger prawns 33 per jin. What a feast! A huge shout-out to our butler, Meili! She proactively added me on WeChat a day prior, shared all the necessary check-in information, and even replenished our bottled water and beverages. She also conveniently helped us process our tickets online."

"This summer, our family decided to head to Sanya for a warm beach getaway. When selecting a hotel, I carefully considered location, price, and kid-friendly amenities, eventually booking the Sanya Bay Xinhua Suite Resort. It turned out to be an excellent choice that made our holiday truly enjoyable and full of pleasant surprises. Upon check-in, the front desk staff informed us that we had been lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious suite. Stepping into the room, we found the living room to be wonderfully spacious and bright, and the balcony offered an absolutely stunning sea view. Our child excitedly ran around, exploring their 'new territory' with great curiosity. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, with soft bedding, ensuring we all had several nights of excellent sleep. Even better, the hotel also kindly offered complimentary breakfast for our child. The breakfast buffet at Hi Bowl All-Day Dining was fantastic, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western cuisine. Our child happily enjoyed their meals each morning, and my partner and I were able to start our day feeling relaxed and refreshed. The hotel boasts an impressive array of kid-friendly facilities, keeping our child thoroughly entertained. The outdoor pool features a dedicated children's splash area with a suitable depth, complete with water slides and other fun activities. Our child eagerly donned their swimsuit and jumped into the water, playing to their heart's content, their laughter echoing around the poolside. The indoor kids' club also had a great selection of toys and play equipment to keep them busy, allowing my partner and me to relax nearby and enjoy a moment of peace. The hotel's location is also fantastic; the beach is just across the road from the entrance. Every evening, we'd take our child for a stroll on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunset. Our child had a blast digging in the sand and collecting seashells. There are also plenty of convenient dining options nearby, with a variety of seafood restaurants and local eateries to satisfy all tastes. Our stay at Sanya Bay Xinhua Suite Resort was absolutely wonderful. The pleasant surprise of a room upgrade and complimentary kids' breakfast, coupled with the abundant family-friendly facilities and prime location, made our family trip truly perfect. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Sanya!"
