After checking in, the room facing the road feels a bit noisy, and the room is adjusted as soon as possible. The balcony room is also upgraded for free, which is a good experience. When I left, some luggage was pulled onto the electric car on the side of the road (yes, it's so outrageous), and the boss hurried down to help me find it and then called a car to send it to the airport. The boss doesn't talk much but responds very promptly, which is quite reliable. He really runs his homestay very carefully. The interior decoration of the room is simple and elegant, very clean. There were basically no mosquitoes during our stay. The kitchen supplies are all available, and the dryer is also very convenient. There is no need to worry about clothes not drying in Sanya on a cloudy day. If you rent a car, you can charge it directly downstairs in the community, and the parking fee is also very cheap. The location is perfect – right by the sea, and the beach is just a 3-minute walk away! Waking up to that ocean view felt like a dream. The cleanliness was top-notch. Everything was tidy and fresh, and the room was super comfortable. What really stood out to me was the staff – incredibly kind and helpful. Even though I speak very little Chinese, they went out of their way to assist me, using translation apps or gestures, always with a smile and great attitude. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, good service, and a beautiful seaside escape – even if it’s just for a short stay. Totally worth it!

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

The hotel has all the amenities, good service, polite staff. Of the minuses: some rooms require cosmetic repairs, in one of the rooms a party of little ants came to the bed. It's an island, so there are a lot of different insects.

The children in the swimming pool have fun. They don’t want to go out of the house every day. It’s only five minutes drive from the duty-free shop and play Atlantis. Wuzhizhou Island in Houhai Village is very convenient. The villa environment in the community is elegant. The housekeeper can basically solve the needs in time. We stayed for 8 nights and did not come to clean every day. The only fly in the ointment of this trip was that the children did not care about the graffiti and painted it on the sheets. They couldn't wash it off and lost 400 yuan according to the housekeeper's requirements.
