GGuest UserArriving at our destination was filled with anticipation. Just steps away lay the sunny beach, surrounded by lush coconut trees, and the faint sounds of children playing could be heard. A few steps inside, past the 24-hour supermarket, and the water park and swimming pool leaped right up to our faces, a playful yet peaceful experience that was refreshing and soothing. As our butler entered our room, we were greeted by a large floor-to-ceiling window and a stylishly designed living room. To the right were two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen—you could even show off your culinary skills if you felt like it. The entire house exuded a sunny, warm atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room was beyond words, spotless and bug-free, making it feel like home. Our butler would gently contact us via WeChat around 8:00 AM each morning to ask if we needed housekeeping or water refills. We could schedule a housekeeping appointment at any time, and the daily water refills were guaranteed, four bottles of mineral water and one can of Sprite and Coke (varies by room). We also offered direct inquiries to our butler via WeChat, who was always available. The surrounding Yazhou Bay Beach is even more beautiful. You can enjoy swimming in the morning, sunbathing on the beach at noon, and music parties and barbecues in the afternoon. In short, this hotel is a great place for a tourist vacation.

SSageYThe luxury one-bedroom sea-view suite we booked was absolutely fantastic and felt very new. It came with a huge fridge, Siemens stove and microwave, and even a capsule coffee machine, truly exceeding our expectations. The sea view was stunning, and Xiao Liang provided excellent service. Housekeeping was very prompt, and they provided a generous supply of amenities. The absolute highlight was being able to enjoy the sea view from the living room, bathroom, and even the bedroom! On the left side of the balcony, a building from the hotel next door partially obstructed the view. While it was a partial sea view, for the price, it was still incredibly good. The room was spotless, and the cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive. The swimming pool was large, with depths of 1.2m and 1.5m. It was never crowded, allowing us to swim freely. The hotel restaurant offered à la carte Malaysian dishes, which were delicious and reasonably priced. There was some tree-sawing noise in the mornings, so if you're a late riser, I'd recommend bringing earplugs. It was a 5-minute walk to the seashore, but roughly 15 minutes to reach an area with stairs that provided access down to the sandy beach. The rocky beach visible from our window is currently cordoned off and inaccessible; only those participating in water activities are allowed to enter. The hotel seemed to attract a lot of young people and Russian guests. Compared to the excellent service at this hotel, the service at the resort hotels I've stayed at in Yalong Bay was absolutely dreadful.

KKiean Kaih JohnsonOur transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

NNicolasthis is an absolutely luxurious flat with the most spectacular View over the whole area and the sea from the biggest tallest building in the whole bay excellent furniture great bed bathroom and everything is super comfortable. the beach is just 5 minutes walk away and it's just an excellent beach with warm water here in October, nearby are also swimming pools but I think there might be a fee to access those. and a short walk or a short walk from there is a huge amusement park with a delicious barbecue restaurant, all the food we could imagine was delivered in less than half an hour by the amazing delivery apps, downstairs is also drinks and snacks vending machines but they require facial recognition which I couldn't quite figure out how to use. the stuff is extremely friendly and help with everything and had all kinds of activities the kids suggest us trying too. some involving all sorts of parachutes and helicopters but we didn't dare trying that. this booking was such an excellent value for money. not far is also the huge tax-free mall but we couldn't figure out how to buy stuff from there, it has to do with the registering and getting stuff shipped to the airport when you leave. just nearby all sorts of five star hotels from the Hyatt to the Sofitel to the other ones at the Atlantis is absolutely amazing with its huge aquarium with free access and to look around.

AAnonymous UserIt was my first time in Sanya's Haitang Bay, and I chose the Zifuyuan Sea Resort Hotel. The hotel experience was excellent. From my bed, I could see the ocean and hear the crashing waves. The facilities and scenery on the resort were fantastic. 👍 It also has a gym and a large swimming pool. It's a convenient, minutes' walk to the beach. There's an internal path connecting it to the Atlantis Hotel, which leads directly to the hotel lobby. You can also visit the aquarium for free.

AAnonymous UserI have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great.
One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty!
Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink.
This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest.
To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

GGuest UserThis was a very satisfying stay for me, I could even say it was a pleasant surprise! So before leaving, I took a photo of the room to help the store evaluate it. People say that accommodation in Sanya is expensive, and many people recommend staying in big hotels. I was busy before the Spring Festival, so I booked this hotel late because big hotels were too expensive. However, I didn't expect that the room gave us a big surprise. I am here with my parents and two children to celebrate the Spring Festival, so I booked this high-rise sea view three-bedroom suite. The decoration level of the house is very good and the house is relatively new. Moreover, you can see a good sea view from the living room to each bedroom. Several exterior photos were taken by me from the living room and master bedroom balcony respectively. The scenery is very beautiful. I fully believe that this room is as good as those in other multi-star hotels that are several times more expensive. If I really want to find fault, I can only say that because it is located in a residential building, the public facilities such as corridors, elevators and parking lots cannot match those of multi-star hotels. However, compared with the price, it is definitely value for money no matter what! In a word, it is highly recommended, especially for a family of five or more who need more rooms and have higher requirements for the accommodation environment and view. You must ask the boss to book this high-rise sea view suite!

GGenOhlsonComfortable, lots of light and air, and insane views from the 24th floor. Bed and towels were freshly laundered. Loads of hangers for clothes airing/ drying. Slept like a log until the neighbours had an argument next door the next morning. Water hasn't been routed to the bathroom sink, but the shower right next to it works fine, and the water temperature is adjustable to be hot. The desk staff were direct and helpful, all queries answered and dealt with.
Will definitely come again.
*The pool featured in the attached photos doesn't belong to the Seaview building; it belongs to the place next door, but there is a pool and sun lounge area on the 3rd floor of building 2.
*The neighbouring building has an aviary on top of the penthouse, and they have peacocks that call every now and then.

Location:
Dadonghai district is beautiful in itself, but this apartment surpasses all expectations due to its location right by the sea. Getting out of the building and onto the beach in a couple of minutes is priceless! There are many cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, so everything you need is always at hand.
View from the 29th floor:
That's what it's worth going for! The windows offer an incredible panoramic view of the turquoise waters of the South China Sea, the endless beach and picturesque mountains. Every sunrise and sunset turned into a real performance, and the night city, strewn with lights, created an incredible atmosphere. The height of the 29th floor ensures that nothing obstructs the view, and the feeling of spaciousness is amazing.
