I enjoyed staying at the Pearl River Garden hotel, during my 5 night stay I was really glad to meet the Owner Jim who has helped me during my stay here! The buffet breakfast was also very nice with a wide variety of food for everybody. The hotel has a gym, and two pools. I enjoyed soaking in the pool to cool down after a long day. Also I forgot to mention the hotel room itself, it’s very big, with a comfortable bed and a large shower. Everything is clean and the housekeeping are generous with giving you lots of water. I am happy to come back again!

This is an amazing luxury hotel by the Starwood Group. The interiors are breathtaking and we felt so pampered by the staff. Hospitality and personal touch by the staff were top-notch. Spectacular ocean view and it was a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the birthday gesture by the hotel was also very thoughtful. Extremely satisfied and v well done!!

The resort is a fantstic get away from a busy life style.
It has a lot of things you can do throughout the day.
As part of our stay we had the opportunity to go over the rope bridge and the glass bridge.
We also did the zip line and visited the pet venue.
We wanted to do the guided forest tour but it was only in chinese so we opted out. A suggestion would be to have an option in english as well.
We communicated with customer service Xiao Chen every day for our daily transportation from one place to the other. Everything run very smoothly 👌
Everyone was very friendly.
We will definitely come back again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay; friendly staff, and ayi was excellent. Many restaurants and activities are nearby. Great walks along the beach. Good view from the room balcony, but could not stay out long, a construction happening next door. The front desk did not completed our checkout after we turned in our keycards When we tried to checkin to our next hotel, and found that we have not released from the hotel yet. We don't understand the process, therefore it could be trip.com or the hotel fault.

It's a very big and comfortable room. From counter staff varied with service. A few showed helpfulness. Some simply don't respond well. Nevertheless, we enjoyed staying there. Provided free to and fro Nanshan Guanyin and DFS which surprised us. Location is easily accessible to tram and bus. Costs is reasonable too.

This B&B is really great! As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the decoration of the hotel. The water quality of the public swimming pool on the first floor is very clean. I saw that the staff cleaned and disinfected it every day. The lady at the front desk also upgraded our room type for free. We stayed in a poolside waterfront king-size bed room. As soon as we opened the window, we could enter the swimming pool. The holiday feeling was full. I will stay here next time!

The experience of staying in this homestay was beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was amazed by the warm layout and clean environment. The whole house is decorated in log style, with warm yellow lights, the atmosphere is full, and people can instantly relieve their travel fatigue. The landlord is very enthusiastic, and my favorite is the open-air balcony. In the evening, you can watch the sunset in the evening breeze, and in the morning, you can eat breakfast in the sun on the balcony. It's so comfortable! I have recommended it to my friends around me, and I will choose here next time!

Located on the beach, with very clean rooms and a spacious modern bathroom - couldn't ask for more at this price. The service was friendly and helpful. There was a laundry room available free of charge. The only drawback is that they don't have any breakfast option. We will stay here again if we return to Hou Hai.

The room is very nice. We booked a deluxe suite with a small balcony. The environment is also very good. There is a green forest under the balcony. The air conditioner, water heater, and washing machine are all very powerful. It is very cost-effective for family travel.
The only drawback is that the free water is in a bottle. After drinking, you need to go downstairs to get free purified water. In this way, you still need to buy water when you go out. You can't take the hotel water directly. But at this price, why do you need a bicycle? I am super satisfied.
When I left the hotel, I didn't plan my itinerary well, so I had to refund one night's room fee. The front desk lady was also very considerate and refunded us one night's room fee. She only charged the overtime hourly room fee. A thumbs up!

We spent 12 nights in this quiet, peaceful paradise near the mountains. We didn't regret staying at this resort at all, we wanted peace and quiet, the area is all green, with a pond inhabited by black swans, white ducks and fish, which are interesting to watch. There are also hot springs where you can sit and relax in solitude, also to the left of the entrance to the hot springs there is a bath with fish that will give you a massage. There is a living corner with beautiful peacocks, ponies, llamas, squirrels and other animals, there are also geckos on the territory. I want to express my deep gratitude for the provided luxurious room with a great view from the balcony and other services, especially Andy, who helped us with many issues. The cooks in the restaurant cooked wonderfully, the breakfasts were varied. The cleaning in the rooms is excellent, daily, always available gel, shampoos, soap, toothbrush and paste, cap, toilet paper and napkins, towels, robes, 4 bottles of mineral water. All the hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and you can always contact them, thanks to Argyle resort.

HHan Lin ChaiFirst, what's good about this place. A nice scenery that you wake up with if you take the ocean facing view. Its a nice walk to the beach. Very family oriented place with amenities that are chile-centric.
A good spread of breakfast and delicious too.
However, I was surprised to see services staff such as Reception, Bell boy and Gym staff seems to be dis-interested and not service oriented. Did not offer help with our baggage during our checked in. Receptionist ask us to bring our own luggage to the baggage storage. Not that we couldn't carry it but we were just very surprised to see this coming from a prestigious/luxury hotel.
Some of the equipment at the gym facilities were dirty. Watermelon seeds on the bench, dead cricket on the cable machine and visible sweat stain on the bench. The gym staff seems unbothered when we came in. Note there's a sign says that gym equipment is disinfected after each use. I came early to check out the gym and only goes to the gym after my breakfast (the dirt were still there) lmaoooo.
Room is good and the bed is very comfortable. However, I would like to point out that the room is overly used. Wooden furniture were pale and there's a mouldy smell in the shower room. Balcony privacy wooden gate seems to rotten and faulty.

GGuest UserThere’s nothing to complain about this gorgeous hotel. From check in to check out, the service was fantastic on the hotel’s end. They take care of the luggage as you get off the car. After checking in, the staff walked us to our room and explained where everything was and to contact her if we needed anything. They made sure we had the right size robes and slippers for the kids and sent us a welcome fruit basket. The view was breathtaking. Beds and linens were soft and comfortable. The restaurants gave excellent service as well. Room service was fantastic. The water park food stalls are the only ones that were rude. The only other complaint I have is the staff that works at the breakfast buffet. When other restaurant guests cut in line, they still serve them instead of telling them to get in line. It’s a big culture shock as 9 out of 10 people here don’t get in line unless the staff insists and not serve them. The water park could use clearer signs. And some slides were closed due to staff shortage. That was a bit disappointing. The hotel swimming pool is beautiful. Night swimming was one of my son’s favorite part of the trip. We did the beluga whale encounter and it was so worth it. The staffs were really nice. That definitely made an unforgettable trip. At the end, the hotel even left us a gift of 2 stuff animal whales. So happy they gave us 2 so my kids can each have one. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Sanya. FYI, you’re going to need translation app if you don’t speak Chinese because other than the staff that was assigned to help us, nobody speaks or understands English.

As a senior travel enthusiast, I travel between business trips and vacations all year round, and have my own insights into the hotel's service quality and facility experience. Grand Hyatt Hotel left a deep impression on me. Whether it is the overall environment of the hotel or the meticulousness of the service staff, I have benefited a lot from this trip.
First, let me talk about the hotel environment. Sanya Haitang Bay is located in the southeast of Sanya City and is one of the most beautiful bays in Sanya. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and sea, covering a vast area, surrounded by green trees and sunny. As soon as you walk into the hotel lobby, you can feel a comfortable and comfortable atmosphere. The lobby is decorated in elegant style, with the fresh atmosphere of citrus and sea breeze everywhere. The public areas of the hotel are designed in a simple and elegant manner, whether they are swimming pools, gyms, restaurants or bars.
The room I stayed in was the Supreme Sea View Room, which was very spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the hotel's garden. The interior of the room is elegantly decorated, with exquisite furnishings, everything is available, the bathroom is spacious and bright, and is equipped with a separate bathtub and shower. Importantly, the bedding in the room was very comfortable and I slept very sweetly every night.
In addition to excellent hardware facilities, the hotel's service is also excellent. Every service staff was enthusiastic and attentive, and left a deep impression on me without exception. May and Jasmine will take the initiative to ask me what I need, patiently answer my various questions, and ask me if I need anything else. The hotel can store my luggage so that I can hang out in the hotel with ease and pleasure. This kind of considerate service made me feel the warmth of being at home.
Overall, the stay at Grand Hyatt Hotel in Sanya Haitang Bay was perfect. The beautiful environment, comfortable rooms, delicious dining and thoughtful service all made me praise it. I believe that as long as you choose to stay at Grand Hyatt Hotel, you will definitely have an unforgettable trip to Sanya like me. JJordenThis is a really lovely hotel! If there's one place I stayed at during my trip which I would like to visit again, it's this one! At first, I ended up in Tianya Town by coincidence. I liked the village and the beach, thought it would be nice to stay there for a few nights later on, so checked if there was a nice-looking hotel available and booked this one. I didn't regret my choice! I love it that the rooms are bright, with a white colour scheme, and cosy. I was a bit worried that it might be noisy at night, but there are no loud bars directly near the hotel and there wasn't much noise from people in other rooms either! It probably helped that I had a corner room at the end of the corridor and facing the village (I found the seaview rooms too expensive and actually think the rooms with village view may be more quiet). The layout of the room was also great, with a small hallway area with bathroom near the door, which means that the bed is sheltered from potential noise in the corridors. The area surrounding the hotel was also perfect for me. Tianya Town has exactly the right mix for me of enough liveliness but without too much noise and partying (earlier on, I also stayed at Houhai which was lovely during the day but so noisy at night. I much prefer Tianya, although admittedly the eastern end of the beach seemed noisier, but that's far away from this hotel). The beach is also lovely: nice view, not too crowded, small cafés (serving coffee, fruit juice, beer, etc.) where you can sit on a beanbag on the beach. It was also a nice touch that the hotel offers a free photo shoot (that's usually not really my thing, but it is a nice way for a solo traveller to get a few photos of myself that aren't selfies). First 3 photos are free. They take more of course, which you can choose to buy for 30 RMB per photo, but it's all very relaxed without pressure to buy more. The room came with a spacious balcony. The only thing I found a pity is that there are no chairs to sit on the balcony (and no chairs in the room either), but I solved it by moving a small cabinet from the room to the balcony, which seemed solid enough to sit on. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope I have a chance to visit again next year.

GGuest UserThis was our second time at this hotel, and on this occasion we stayed for ten days. It is a great resort-hotel, with three pools, several restaurants, a quiet beach right next to it, and loads of other facilities. It even has a pair of ostriches. The hotel is very child-friendly and our five year old loved his time at the hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly. The only slight drawback is that is in a quiet bay which is a considerable distance from the centre of Sanya: at times that is an advantage, at times it is a bit annoying.

Here, I would like to express my special gratitude to KAZAKOV. Thank you so much. Even before we arrived at the hotel after making the reservation, the butler called in advance to ask about our accommodation preferences and provided us with a lot of support, fulfilling our needs for this stay at the JW Hotel.
During our stay, KAZAKOV also asked about our daily stay experience, whether we had any needs or if there were areas where they could improve. I would like to thank the butler again for his meticulous and thoughtful service as well as his attentive care. Thank you!

CCamillaKJI had fairly high expectations when I got to this location, but unfortunately the standard was fairly low. It might be due to the fact that covid has affected this area. The maintaining of the hotel wasn't great. Our bathroom door was broken, the sofa pillows had dirty spots on them, the pool chairs are all covered in dirt, people were smoking in the elevators not taking it into consideration that there are a lot of kids here, and other people that doesn't want to inhale smoke for that matter.. I spoke to the reception about the smoking and they Confirmed it isn't legal, but they didn't have anyone to take care of the matter so nothing they could do if someone were to smoke. The swimming pools around as well as in the water park were all very cold, a lot of dirty pools in the water park too. Because of the cold unpleasant to swim unless it was very sunny. The Breakfast was a disaster. Too crowded with people and just very basic chinese food. We ended up only eating raw vegetables and fruit the one time we went. We were also told a bedrail or a crib would be arranged for our daughter, but that didn't happen. We ended up using the sofa in the room to create some sort of barrier to assure she wouldn't fall out the bed and hit the hard floor. The Restaurants around at the time all took 40 minutes or more to serve us anything, repeatedly forgetting drinks and dishes, despite the fact that there was barely any people there. The portions are fairly small as well and quite pricy considering. We ended up just ordering online instead from other restaurants. It was nice our Daughter had a big play place to enjoy at least, the large one they have on site indoors. Besides that, I do regret choosing this location. It was for our Daughter, but unfortunately not much around she could enjoy properly. The smell of urine when you walk around is a bit off putting as well, many kids pee on the streets, as well as right next to the roof top sandpit. I Understand it's hard to control kids needing to go to the bathroom, but because of this it would have been nice if the hotel chose to raise the standard of their overall cleaning. Also a little bit inconvenient that the rooms only have one chair on the balconies. Fairly quiet when you're in the room, that was nice the least.
