Poor service, did not feel like a 4 star hotel. I waited 30min to check in, one woman arrived and was given priority over me I don’t know why. There was only one person on reception at checkin time. Later that evening I ordered room service. I waited one hour, eventually I went downstairs to check on my order to learn the preparation of my meal hadn’t yet begun. The restaurant was completely empty and there were 4 staff visible - no idea why as I was not given an explanation.

We like the location , was an easy walk to Rua Oscar Freire for shopping and great restaurants. Room was spacious, the small kitchenette came in handy for making tea . Quite suitable for longer stay we thot .

The hotel has a great location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and public transportation. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. However, I found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited in variety. It would be nice to see more diverse choices to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.

It is very close to Paulista Financial Street in Sao Paulo. The room is very clean. It is rare that the front desk staff speaks fluent English, which makes communication easy. The area is very safe.

The hotel is located some distance from Avenida Paulista, but since we only needed a place to stay after arriving from Istanbul before our flight to Foz do Iguaçu, it wasn't a big deal. The rooms are spacious and quiet (overlooking the courtyard) and have private kitchens. The breakfasts were excellent, including our first cheese buns, and we were also pleasantly surprised by the abundance of fresh fruit.
