O quarto era limpo, mas o hotel em geral achei mais ou menos, o café da manhã era bem simples, e no sábado tem a escola de samba ao lado que pardece que o barulho esta dentro do quarto, precisava ter isolamento acustico, o estacionamento é bem apertado, os funcionários são educados e prestativos.

Muito tranquila. Recepção ótima pessoas super agradáveis. Quarto otimo, ducha maravilhosa, limpo.
Cafe da manhã gostoso. Servem refeições também, mas experimentei. Fui só por uma noite.
Qdo voltar a zona norte com certeza vou me hospedar novamente no Jabuticaba.

Não utilizei as reservas feitas neste Hotel Jabuticaba de São Paulo pelo booking. Cancelei a reserva no aplicativo orientada pelo atendente Jorge que também me orientou a mandar um e-mail para a recepção pedindo o estorno do cartão. Mesmo com estes procedimentos os valores foram descontados integralmente da minha fatura. Tentei contato com o hotel e não obtive êxito em reaver os valores cobrados.

Péssima experiência ocorrida em 31/07/21, às 17h09. Sem muito a falar, higiene precária, chegamos ao quarto e sequer haviam dado descarga no vaso. Resultado, sai imediatamente do local. Perdi o valor da diária, mas evitei de ficar em um local imundo, mal iluminado, com zero cuidado quanto a higiene ou qualquer padrão de qualidade. Aparentemente é um local de alta rotatividade, não indicado para famílias ou casais. Ambiente precário. Se você preza valores como segurança , higiene e qualidade de atendimento... FUJA IMEDIATAMENTE!
