OYO Hotel Castro Alves, São Paulo

I payed for 6 nights and stayed 4 nights. This hotel outdated, dangerous and uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny, the floor bedroom has cracks that move when walking, the sheets are threadbare, there are few electric outlets and the room even had some mound in it which was not nice. Unfortunately, during the night there was a lot of noise (inside and outside the hotel).

I stayed 25 days in this Hotel NOV-DEC 2020. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with NIKKEY Hotel. It is definitely a recommendation and good value. It was : Safe - It was comfortable and had many good night sleeps. There is a generous Breakfast in the morning all included. Secure - I did not feel at any time as if myself or property would be compromised. Situated -The location is perfect to Liberdade central with Metro stations - Sao Joaquim or Japoa Liberdade all within (8 mins) a walkable distance My acknowledgments go to FRABRICIU (Manager),MAKOTO and JOAS. They were always approachable, courteous and attentive. There are many other staff members all very helpful.

It can't be worse. It stays in a dangerous region, the reception is horrible, they lack sympathy, friendliness, hospitality and only know not to any request. The room is reasonable, but the shower is horrible!!! Good cleaning except Sunday. The staffer only swallowed the towels and made the bed hard, weak breakfast, three boys who were squatting the whole time and no one was looking at you. On Sunday, the collaborator began to remove items from breakfast at 9:45mm and the coffee closed at 10h. That was the worst experience I had in hotels. A exploration. Without the least consideration with guests!!! And they still call hotel school!!! Only if you go to learn anti hotels!!! I never come back!! I don't recommend!!! bad!!! Exa

I admit I was a little scared when I saw the thousands of reviews note 10 here and arrived at the hotel. VERY careful and sympathetic officials. From the cabinets to the reception, all very educated and sympathetic. The hotel is reasonable and only. The bedrooms are old, the rooms are poorly careful, but everything works perfectly. I stayed in block 2 where there is no lift and several stairs, but even access to block 1 is provided by stairs. Breakfast is not exceptional, just with basic: bread, coffee, milk, butter, juice, cheese, 1 cake and fruit. The location is bad. 15 minutes walk to the Square of Liberty. There are other better options for the same price and much closer. The hotel is close to the hotel and there is nothing good to eat. For 1 or 2 days if you are in business and you're just going to sleep, it's a good option. If you're going to stay more days in family or tourism, it's probably better to consider other options.

It was ten days of stay for health reasons, as it is near the hospital I needed. I could notice some aspects that I liked and others that I did not. The reception care needs to be improved considerably. When there is an emergency, communication is delayed and after 6 a.m. it is very difficult to solve problems, in the first days there was a towel in the room and we had to go down to complain because the interphone was not answered. Days later, the bathroom ceiling and part of the room ceiling were muffled and was very ugly; we had to make a night room exchange and it was very tired for those who returned from medical care. As for breakfast, it was simple and satisfactory, but the team was handling food without masks and gloves, a fact that in a full pandemic causes concern. In the room's dressing part, I was happy despite the problem that had occurred in the first days. I also thought the ideal would be that the servants wear mask for their health safety, but during the ten days I saw only one of them using a few times.
