Hotel was good

Nice little hotel, the breakfast is pretty good, the rooms are clean and very helpful staff

Nice friendly staff and comfy room. However, no black tea or natural youghurt for breakfast.

Hotels in São Paulo are relatively expensive. This one is about three stars, and the breakfast is American style.

Everything was good about the hotel. Not so positive was that the reception was undergoing renovations.

Hotel and rooms were OK. Perfect for staying near the airport. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovation work and I cannot rate the hotel adequately. The noise from the construction work was not a problem but nothing was in its place and it was a bit uncomfortable. The room was OK and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK.

needs improvement: shower towels torn. TV channels. air conditioning very old and noisy. It used to be better

I booked it on the spur of the moment to transfer at Kongens Airport. It's close to the airport, but it's not very convenient to walk. You have to climb a hill and cross a flyover.

The room size is OK, there are many hangers in the closet, the breakfast is quite rich, the water flow of the wash basin faucet is not big, the shower room is not big, there is only a fixed shower head, no handheld. The hotel service staff mainly speaks Portuguese, which is not very convenient for foreigners to communicate.

Overall it's good, suitable for business accommodation, clean and sanitary, good breakfast, good service staff, quiet neighborhood, high cost performance
