This hotel is super conveniently located right behind Sapporo JR Station, a short walk from the North Exit towards Hokkaido University. Hokkaido University itself is just across the street diagonally, and there's a FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Lawson, and even a Hokkaido convenience store nearby – couldn't ask for more convenience! The area around Sapporo Station is also great for shopping and dining. You can grab all sorts of popular souvenirs, cakes, and desserts from Daimaru department store and bring them right back to the hotel to enjoy at your leisure!
The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, if you add an extra bed to a double room to make it a triple, there's not much space left to walk around once you open a large suitcase.
The hotel breakfast was definitely up to standard. While the variety wasn't huge, the food tasted great. The roasted beef, desserts, vegetables, and steamed potatoes were all excellent, and they even had slight variations each day, which was a nice touch!
Self-service luggage storage was also very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo!
