My stay with my daughter at the Boston Marriott Peabody was great. The service was wonderful, the room was comfortable, and the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. A short drive to Salem. Great weekend!

I loved the landscaping, so very pretty. The quietness, a walkable path in back, it was just al so pleasant. Staff were always helpful and friendly, room was always cleaned.

I did not receive the welcome as an ambassador that I receive at other Marriott properties. I attempted to check-in early to be ready for a Wake at 4pm and I was met with a lackluster attitude about assisting me. I was offered points or market item either. I may have gotten my points, but I don't even know if they gave them to me. It was not my best Marriott stay.

We arrived later than planned @ 0300 and our King room was given away and we were put in a (2) dbl bed room.
Gentleman at desk did not seem concerned.
First time we've had an issue with a Marriott property.

The dining options weren’t good. The hours were limited especially for room service. And the dinner food was bad. Hotel itself was fine

The only things we didn't like is that there were no liners in the trash cans, no extra linens, and no plastic utensils, or microwave.
We loved that the Consierge breakfast, especially that it was on the 6th floor.

Everything was excellent, including the dining. Great breakfast!
Only problem was our room was in the front of the building and at 1am and again at 5am I could hear people talking.

Property is really run down. Room service is very pricey and not that good at all. McDonald’s would have been better. The hotel was noisy all night long and nothing in room for guests.

When checking in there was a long line. she gave each the attention needed and was not stressed about who was waiting.
