Hotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.

Great, thank you Trip.com The first stop of this trip let us stay at the favorite, awesome, newly opened high-end star hotel, as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the front desk little beauty Xiao Wang and other little beauty waiters warmly received us, their sweet smile, Warm and cordial greetings let us off the fatigue of driving for more than 7 hours on the trip, and we were intimate and enthusiastic to upgrade to a warm and clean double room, and sent a lot of pure water and local specialties. It was really touched. The hotel has an underground parking lot on the ground. Next to the hotel is Qinzhou Impression Culture Commercial Street. There are large supermarkets, many restaurants, and everything is convenient. When eating breakfast, the hotel manager Wang personally served tea and coffee to the guests. It was really warm. Super praise! ! ! ! This stay at the Vienna Hotel was really pleasant! I felt very comfortable from the beginning of the door. The room was spotless. The sheets were cleaned like new. There was no dust in the corner. I lived in peace of mind. What moved me more was the service of the staff, the attitude was particularly kind, and the whole process was smiling, making people feel warm. What impressed me most was that after I took the child to check in, I thought about disinfecting the place where the child was contacted. I casually mentioned to the front desk that I needed alcohol. I didn’t have much expectations. As a result, the staff went out and bought alcohol. Come back, and carefully helped us put the tables and chairs, The places that these children are easy to touch on the bedside have been sprayed again, especially thoughtful.
