"Facilities: The infrastructure is very well-equipped and can meet all sorts of needs. The gym and swimming pool are both excellent.
Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean. The room was cozy yet upscale, and every part of the hotel was spotlessly clean, without any strange odors. The air was fresh and very comfortable.
Environment: Right opposite Tianshan Mountain, the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a very pleasing view. Downstairs, there were recreational areas with many fruit trees, and staff even offered free fruit picking and tasting. There were also slides and a climbing wall, showing a very thoughtful approach that caters to both seniors and children.
Service: Truly exceptional. Every staff member was very professional, warm, and responsible. They would politely greet us whenever we met them, and they recommended delicious food, drinks, and fun activities in Xinjiang. I left my headphones behind, and the hotel staff responsibly kept them safe and returned them to me. They also provided two complimentary breakfasts and free bar drinks.
Dining: Our room booking included afternoon tea and evening happy hour, both of which were abundant and delicious. There was rice, vegetables, lamb, beef, cold dishes, porridge, steamed buns, fruits, salads, cakes, tea, dried milk curds, coffee, soda, juice, wine… The flavors were all superb, and the ingredients were very fresh and natural, with no pre-packaged foods, making it very healthy. Breakfast was also rich and could satisfy people with different tastes. We tried many delicious items 😋, especially the brick tea + milk + milk skin, which tasted absolutely incredible and was a delightful surprise. Since it was my first time seeing it, I wasn't sure how to prepare it, but as soon as a waiter saw me pouring tea, they came over to help me prepare it, allowing me to enjoy a perfectly proportioned, authentic Xinjiang milk tea and genuine milk skin! The cold chicken gizzards and cold fish skin were also super delicious, very flavorful, and tasted great.
Overall, this hotel is definitely worth experiencing!"
