"I brought my family to stay in the deluxe parent-child suite at Kaiyuan Manju Huangguoshu for two nights, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The suite was spacious and well-designed, specifically equipped with children's amenities, and decorated in a warm and playful style. The smart home system was convenient to use, and the room was meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel also has a children's playground and a pet park, which my kids absolutely loved. It's very close to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, making our travels effortless. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and Ms. Winnie, a staff member, provided warm, thoughtful, and prompt service. After visiting the waterfall, we could return to the hotel and rest assured. It's perfect for family trips, and definitely our top choice for a parent-child vacation in Huangguoshu. We'll choose to stay here again on our next trip."

"It was my first time staying at Jianglu and I was deeply impressed. First of all, the environment is unique and full of wildness, but the facilities are complete, including a swimming pool, study, Zen room, tea room, coffee bar, laundry room, and many experience activities, such as wax dyeing, boiling tea around the stove, making local specialties, feeding rabbits... In addition, the restaurant service is excellent, the breakfast variety is rich, and the beef rice noodles are so delicious! The prices for ordering food in the store are also very affordable. The most important thing is the meticulous service. There are multiple varieties of fruits, drinks, good night desserts, late night porridge and milk every day, and every staff member is super friendly. It is truly a secluded outdoor paradise. Even though I stayed there for three nights, I still couldn’t bear to leave."

"Staying here was incredibly convenient! We drove right into the scenic area and checked in. In the morning, it was just a 600-meter walk to 'God's Perspective' viewpoint. In the evening, after most of the tourists had left, we leisurely set up our time-lapse photography there. We also entered the scenic area directly from the hotel to see the Great Waterfall. From 7 AM to 9 AM, there were very few tourists, allowing us to fully enjoy taking photos and exploring. The location is truly exceptional, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery. The accommodation itself was excellent – quiet and comfortable. We'd play for half a day, come back to rest, shower, take a nap, and then head out again in the afternoon. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. I feel very lucky to have booked my stay here."

"To this day, the hotel has not offered a solution. They only called me on a landline to ask if I was feeling better. On the day of check-in, the linens were fine. The next day, when we extended our stay, we asked for a sheet change. Around 10 PM, after getting ready for bed, I rested on the bed for about half an hour and developed a small patch of red bumps. I immediately contacted the front desk. Later, a female duty manager proactively contacted me. She didn't come to inspect the linens but directly asked if I had any requests to make. By 8 AM the next morning, both of my legs were covered in an allergic reaction. I contacted the front desk again, and a male manager came. He didn't proactively offer to move us to a different room. Even after we checked out – because my child also had a fever – we left around 3 PM. Apparently, the hotel's linens are laundered by a third party. As a result, they still haven't provided a solution to this day, saying they need to report it to their superiors. The last duty supervisor who called us just asked if the leg allergy had disappeared. The worst part of this trip was staying at a hotel that carries a five-star brand, only to have issues arise and receive continuous calls without any proposed solutions. I hope everyone avoids this place."

"Choosing Hidden Mountain Moonview for our family trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall was definitely the right decision! The guesthouse is very close to the scenic area, saving us a lot of travel time. The family suite is spacious, and the children's tent was a huge hit with the little ones. The service was warm and attentive, and the amenities were complete – from welcome drinks to the Year of the Horse plushie, there were delightful little surprises everywhere. The environment is quiet and peaceful, making it very pleasant to relax after visiting the waterfall. It's truly perfect for a family getaway."

"This is an excellent hotel with a great design. The rooms are spacious and even have balconies. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. When I booked, I requested two adjacent rooms, and to my surprise, the front desk proactively told me they had arranged that for me before I even had a chance to ask. All the hotel staff are genuinely welcoming; from the moment we parked in the underground garage, a cleaning lady saw us with a lot of luggage and immediately helped us wheel it to the elevator. Housekeeping also brought us a fruit plate every day. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and even the security guards, greeted us with a smile. It's definitely a hotel worth staying at."
