"Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun *****, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service."

"We loved our stay here! It’s new, so they still have some things to resolve, but it was a nice hotel with a great breakfast. I wish they had an ATM and that the pool opened earlier or stayed open later. I also received an email saying I had a negative balance, but then the receptionist told me my balance was zero..wish there was more accuracy there. 👍"

"My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!"

"先説優點： 1.價格合理，海景房跟其他家基礎房型差不多（但景色不完美，我的房間前面有一個光禿禿的大平台） 2.裝修翻新過了，沒有老酒店味。非親子酒店，適合情侶度假。mini bar 每天補充。 3.墨西哥，地中海，日料，法餐，牛排，自助幾個餐廳都不需要早起預約，直接walkin即可，雖然沒有驚艷的菜，不算太踩雷。 再説缺點： 1.浴室的水忽冷忽熱，有時候會突然特別燙！ 2.前台非常不專業，跟我説衹有法餐廳有dress code，其實晚餐所有餐廳都有，衣服沒帶夠，第一天晚上沒有任何餐廳能用餐，argue了很久才説給我送room service，酒店就一副規則如此，給你解釋但不解決的態度很噁心大差評！ 3.餐廳不需要預約代表要排隊，上菜很慢，去晚了就排不上了（尤其牛排餐廳）。 4.床上有那種透明的小蟲子爬，起了幾個紅色小包很癢。"

"Superb hotel, restaurants are delicious, Asian restaurants are confusing, favorite Italian restaurant, the hotel occasionally has a buffet by the pool. Facilities are great, rooms are large, adults only, no children, great stay."

"I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!"

"The hotel is in a good location, 30 minutes walk to the bar street on the 7th, 15 minutes walk to the shopping mall on the other side, first-class environment, private beach with unbeatable sea view, and balconies facing the sea, warm service staff, but there are not many restaurants, and you can only eat in those few restaurants. The hotel maintenance is OK, but it is indeed old, the room is large but the facilities are average, there are performances in the lobby every night, and a friendly reminder to be sure to apply thick sunscreen before going into the sea, otherwise you will be miserable, the sunlight and sea water in the Caribbean will make people skinned, there is a travel agency in the hotel lobby where you can consult other itineraries, overall the hotel is still good, first-class value for money"

"Overall a very good experience, the room, staff service environment, food are five-star quality! The hotel is located in another area, far from the hotel area of cancun, there are no shopping malls or streets nearby, and there is no party at night, so the environment is quiet and comfortable, suitable for people who want to stay in the hotel for a holiday all day. All the staff of the hotel are very polite and hospitable! The hotel has just been renovated and the facilities are very new. The room is large, especially the bathroom is large, the living room and bedroom are very spacey, and the design is very comfortable! Although the hotel has only three restaurants, the quality of food in all restaurants is very high! The only downside was that the beach was very algae-rich when you checked in, so the water was not very clear."
